Read moreWe frequent a lot of breweries and tap houses with our kids. That being said, I wish we had left after we walked in. The table was sticky and the paint was wet and peeling off. We were there a LOT longer than we wanted to be due to lack of service. I feel for the bartender that was seemingly 1 of 2 servers, but it really wasn't cool to dismiss my son and roll his eyes when my kid asked nicely for a refill (as mentioned, we were there a LONG time with empty cups and no food). They were out of bread - no problem we ordered the food without it. It took a very long time and when it did come despite no bread for the chicken sandwich, there was a toddler-sized amount of fries. I wish we would have taken a picture. I do not regularly "dis" restaurants but it was honestly really awful. We watched another couple sit for 15 minutes before being helped/addressed. We understand being understaffed, we understand running out of items, but a restaurant should either be kind and compensate in some way (an "I'm sorry" or "I acknowledge" goes a long way!) or you need to close part of...
Read moreWe were a party of 14, and there were no other dining customers. Our waitress was nice, but the kitchen service was horrible. Our food came out at wildly different intervals over almost an hour. We had four people order buffalo chicken wraps. Two came out at the same time, then one came out about thirty minutes later, and the last one fifteen minutes after that. My husband and I were the last to receive our food, and did not yet receive our appetizer. We asked the waitress if we could cancel it, and she said yes. But, she delivered our appetizer and charged us for it. Our appetizers came in a basket with half of the appetizer, and half chips. Also, three people from our party ordered a double whiskey and seven up, and they were each $18. I asked to talk the manager, and there was not one on duty. I told the person I talked to about our service, and was told that I could leave my number, and a manager would call me the next day. She didn't offer any kind of compensation for the unbelievable horrible kitchen service. Plus, they were out of several of the...
