Their communication skills are null. No one answers when called. My order was missing 2 pizza’s totaling about $40. Initially they contacted me to let me know that they were checking into it and then they ghosted me with no refund as of yet. Tomorrow will be a week since my order was delivered and I have reached out about 4 times now. I have had several times where products were missing and had to keep after them for a refund. Things will most likely be perfect until you commit to a market pass(non-refundable subscription)I would advise you don’t do that. The vendors are mostly good and it is a shame they are represented by this company. If I don’t hear from them by the end of the week I will file a grievance with my credit card company.
