T5 Hair Design — Attraction in Grayslake

What a rip off. Be aware before you get hair services.

My wife got hair cut here and she had received the coupon for 20% off for next hair services. So i mad an appointment for her balayage hair color, before Jorge started working on her hair. I made sure with the reception, Jorge and their manager or owner and They told us that we’ll receive the 20% discount as per the coupon, total before tax. After when we were ready to checkout they only gave me discount on toner which was $45($9) should have been $34 discount as of 20% for 125 for balayage + $45 dollars for toner = $170. At end they charge me $162.40 plus paid the $5 dollars tip cash to Jorge. When I asked Why is it too much should have been $134 as shown above, they said you only receive 20% discount on the lowest amount of service. They told which was toner for $45 dollars service. Jorge told me that you can call back tomorrow and my manager will refund the differences, so I called t5 hair design 4 times to speak to manager or owner, receptionist (Lisa ) keep telling me every time I called, oh the owner or manager are busy with client so I told her to give me call back and she took my name and number. As of now no has called me back.

I would not recommend to anyone to go to T5...

Kim did a great job on my hair! I have curly hair I never take care of so I stopped in to get a simple trim. I didn’t plan anything so I trusted Kim’s judgment. This is the best haircut I’ve ever had. She made sure to take good care of me and my hair. She really knows what she’s doing. She had me take my coat off, she washed and brushed my hair, gave me slight yet elegant layers and blowdried it. She asks all the right questions. How do I part my hair at home, if the blow dryer was too warm, how long I wanted my layers but what was so nice was that she made sure I was comfortable and that everything was to my liking. I will definitely go back just to get a nice trim from Kim. I was one of the last customers of the day but she really made me feel like I was the first....

I had a great experience at T5 Hair Studio, thanks to a Groupon deal I found! From the moment I walked in, the clean and welcoming atmosphere stood out. Alondra was super professional and friendly right from the start. My stylist, Kim, was amazing—she really paid attention to detail and made sure my haircut was exactly how I wanted it. Both made me feel completely at ease. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a new go-to salon. Can't wait for...
