Laptop & Computer Repair, Inc — Attraction in Greenfield

Today I walked into this computer repair store and became completely convinced. One gentleman who assisted me was very nice. My laptop would not do a system restore. I updated the laptop online a month ago. Much to my surprise shortly after the update was complete the laptop would not function. In fact I received an error message from the laptop that stated that I needed to install the reset disc. Thank God that this gentleman corrected the makers of this laptop and told me that I needed a brand new "Hard drive" He was so amazing because all that he had to do to come to that conclusion was to listen to the bottom of my laptop and within 1 minute was able to tell me that my information was all wrong and that he would only charge me $200 to fix my laptop. Of course I told him that I did not have the money until next month so he offered me $40 for my laptop. What...

My laptop had picked up a virus so I did a search on my phone for computer repair near me and one of the shops that came up was Laptop & Computer Repair, Inc. I called and talked to Jeromy who asked me a couple questions and said to bring it in. I dropped it off Saturday morning and got a call from him a little while later letting me know it was done. The virus had come from one of the widgets that pop up when you go to the lower left corner of your screen. He explained how they get in and what not to do if you get one. I found Laptop & Computer Repair, Inc. when I went to Google reviews, as I always do, when searching for a service. I needed some upgrades and repair to my aged HP laptop and Jeromy did all that and then some!! He installed other upgrades at no extra charge, and I was surprised to say the least.

Considering I am not tech savvy, he was patient, yet professional, and explained what to expect and what to do when getting my laptop back. His turn-around time is quick as well.
