Currently being renovated and from what I understand they are turning it into a giant retail space like a mega mall. I could be wrong but within a year of this review it'll be clear what it's being turned into. I'm working on the demolition crew here and as of today the inside of the building is full of more 2x4 stud framing than I've ever seen inside one building in my life. It might be turning into rental space like condos but I'm pretty sure it's going to be a record setting amount of square feet of...

Tried to attend a private event at the Smokestack starting at 6PM on a Thursday. No parking places in the back or front. Even the gravel overflow was full. Not going to ruin my car in the rutted field across the street just for some free food...
