**Original review below edits** edit: I’d like to add that while GCCA has contractual rights to those spots as stated in their response, stickers on cars are a form of graffiti, which is a form vandalism. Vandalism does not seem like a sound business practice to me. It is also worth mentioning that the sticker, which was quite large, was slapped on my drivers side window - had I urgently needed to be somewhere and not had the time to sit there and scrape it off, it would be an obstruction of my view while driving, which is extremely unsafe. GCCA has a complete lack of respect for personal property, which was not addressed in their response to me. Complete lack of empathy, humanity, and respect for other people and their personal property. edit 2: I’d also like to add that there is nothing disingenuous about this review. Any business that is willing to vandalize personal property and lacks respect for others, is most likely a business that you should steer clear of. One of their values is “Ignite creativity and empathy in our community”. I’d like to highlight empathy here. In my email to them (not mentioned in this review), I let them know I have an autoimmune disease which is why I hadn’t moved my car bright and early in the morning due to a flare up. And I asked them if they could help me remove the sticky residue on my drivers side window. To which they completely ignored. Complete lack of empathy and respect for their neighbors at WVL. I guess if you’re not a patron of GCCA or donating to them, they don’t consider you someone worth extending empathy to. awful company... they take all of the parking from WVL residents and leave threatening stickers on your car that are extremely difficult to get off. I hope someone from the arts center is going to pay for the damage to my car from the sticker, I cannot get this sticky residue off to save my life :( WVL residents are very considerate and move their cars for the art center first friday events to allow GCCA patrons to park... not sure why GCCA is being threatening towards people who live here and show them respect. not to mention the sticker on my car said "final warning"... when I was never given any other warnings. I would love to see on paper that they OWN those parking spots and can LEGALLY tow me if I park out front. Not to mention WVL had car break ins recently so no resident feels safe parking outside the gate.... if its between parking in the "Arts center parking" (even though I live in this building) and parking outside the gate - with the risk of getting my car broken into - I'm choosing to park in the arts center parking. really not sure who gave them the authority to put damaging stickers on peoples cars. Would love to look into the legality of this... shame on you arts center.

Always love visiting the Greenville Center for Creative Arts! I have taken a few classes there including “intro to color pencil”, “sketching in the garden”, “painting like the impressionist”, “Realistic oil Painting” and “Watercolor in the Abstract”. I have had such a great experience with each teacher and grown so much in my artistic practice. The artists on site are so friendly and knowledgeable and staff is always so helpful. The classes have been amazing and well worth the time and money I have spent on them. I highly recommend!!

I’ve taken a pendant making class and chain link class here with Beth in the last few months and it has been amazing. She is such a great teacher, makes it fun, super helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to take more classes in the future. I’d love if GCCA was able to provide more ring mandrels for students in the class so we can learn how to make rings in the future. But overall, this was a really great learning experience and hopefully with a few more classes I can start my silversmithing career.
