This location is in desperate need of new management and or better organization/ communication. i was part of a group of bridesmaids (7 girlys) and the moment we went in, we were told we would not be helped as larger party’s needed appointments. Couldn’t even Try on dresses since you had to reserve a dressing room. THIS WAS FINE, we understood as a larger party we needed to make reservations.
we went to the back and made an appointment. When making an appointment, we were told it's easier, since we would get 1 person assigned, that would be able to give us her full attention and would help us get sizes and try on dresses. We gave her the date of the event, sizes, and color and told her we'd all like different dresses but the same color.
The appointment comes, NO ONE HELPS US. whenever we tried to waive someone down, they acted like we were bothering them. Most annoying is People walking in would get help sooner. One of the ladies there told us that we didn’t actually need an appointment, that we only need an appointment if we were all getting the same dress.
we waited 3 weeks for this appointment , as we had to work with the stores availability and our parties schedule. we all took time to go in just for them to not respect our time.
The attitude of one girl working in specific was so unprofessional. apparently, a different person had left a bad review, and she actually confronted us asking if we were the ones. we felt extremely uncomfortable with this. At this point, we had wasted 2 hours, and only 1 of us actually had tried on a dress because when we wanted a different size, we had to waive someone down. The confrontational staff was the final straw. We decided we no longer cared to do business with them.
I would not recommend this place to anyone! save your money, save your time.
To management, When people come here it is most likely due to special events and when you work in customer service you are supposed to have people skills. if we could go back and get our own sizes or check in your system we would, unfortuneaiently we rely on YOU. please train your staff so that everyone is on...

Arrived on a Sunday, drove almost an 1hr to get there but SOOOOO worth it in our opinion..... At first it felt cold inside upstairs BUT glad it was cuz once she started trying on, got warm quickly😄...
The gentleman that helped us was absolutely AMAZING!! 💙He had us walk around viewing and deciding on dresses.. Found a large number of them, took photos with phone and when we showed him, HE KNEW EXACTLY WHERE AND WHICH DRESS TO BRING, EVERY SINGLE TIME~ he was ON POINT!!
It only took an hr to determine the dress, he answered ALL our questions.... He was very clear they make ea dress handmade and would need a fitting b4 placing an order and about 8-6mons in advance to the date needed....
We're moving to Arizona but coming back to Oregon for the Qunice, we'll Definatly fly back to move forward....
Would Definatly recommend, prices are what you get... You want Stunning, you pay the price... Compared to everyehere else we've been, this was by far the most georgous and perfect...

The staff were nice but once I found an okay dress I noticed there were lots of defects on it and when I asked if I could have a discount for the damaged parts of the dress they gave me 5% off of it which was like $10. I know paying a seamstress would cost more than $10 to get it fixed so it wasn't worth my time so I left. The lady did offer to fix it and then for me to come back 3 days later to pick it up and pay full price or order a new one and it would be here in 3 to 6 months, but we live 3 hours away, and that wasn't an option for me. They do have plus size dresses but very limited if your bigger in the stomach, ended up at Macy's and having more options. Honestly the two stars are for The defective dresses that they want to sell you for full price even when there's damages, I would give the staff a five-star because they work a lot and I saw them attending all their customers...
