Outrageous Audio — Attraction in Gresham

I decided to put in "Sound Skinz" which is better than Dynamat. They did the trunk, and all 4 doors in my car. made a HUGE difference. no more rattling. I did this about 6-8 months ago now. In the last 2 months or so, i've noticed the Sound Skinz have been falling off and leaving thick black tar everywhere and it is almost impossible to get off.

I took my car in yesterday, Abe just text'd me saying the car is almost done. they replaced all the sound skinz under warranty, cleaned it up back there, also they are replacing my sub box, diagnosed an intermittent short on one of my door speakers, replaced the cargo liner, and cargo net. they did not have to do that in fact they didnt have to do any of it. but this is their level of customer service. they strive to be awesome and they are. It was hella busy when i was in there, but they still addressed everyone's issues, greeted everyone that came in, no one had to wait long at all. they got some weirdos in there asking weird questions but they were treated with respect even still.

this is the way i look at things. treat your employees awesome, they will in turn treat your customers awesome. I believe this is exactly what Blane (owner) has done. all his guys seem to be extremely happy. the best place ever these guys are amazing

These guys are phenomenal. i cannot say enough good things about them. Their customer service is incredible. i contact my sales guy Abe after 2 years he remembers me right away, I stroll in there on saturday to get a system installed, everyone recognises me right away after 2 years. Even their finance process was easy. As always, their install guys did an awesome job. the system sounds awesome! They paid attention to the smallest details, they even did a few things they didnt have to do to make the system sound nice and clean without rattling. I'll never shop at a different audio shop ever. Not even online stuff. the thing sounds amazing guys! haha its even almost too powerful for even me :) Blaine, your guys are awesome, they are a tribute to your awesome customer service, and management skills. THANKS JD!! I grew up with those wacky OG Outrageous Audio commercials on TV and still quote them regularly. While I may have originally visited the store because of their advertising genius, I’ve remained a loyal customer for 8+ years because of the top tier products, services, and employees that you’re guaranteed to find here. In the past, I’ve both purchased equipment for self-install and I’ve opted for them to install. Subs, amps, coaxial speakers, back-up cameras, CarPlay, touchscreen displays, you name it. I’ve always had a great experience getting my questions answered while building tailored-to-me packages and offering top notch install services— for those days when you don’t want to remove a door panel or take apart your console.😉 These guys are always the most knowledgeable and you can assure you’re getting the best bang (literally) for your buck! JD helped me this time around and he was absolutely fantastic. I was in the market for smaller subs for my new hatchback and I needed an amp and the wiring works as well. He showed me an incredible setup that was a bit out of my budget, so he took his time to build me a custom package that checked all my boxes AND price range. I really appreciated the time he spent doing the math and exploring all the different combinations that would work without sacrificing too much of the quality. I dropped off my car around 10am for install, they said it was a busy day, but they called me at 2pm to pick it up. Hella fast! I was still at work and had a few hours left, but they had no problem with me coming to pick it up later when I was done. I’ve also waited at the shop before when they’ve done installation and it’s always so much faster than you’d expect! And the work they do is QUALITY. Wires are always tucked nicely out of site, amp screwed and secured neatly under drivers seat, no connection or wiring issues, tuned nicely, etc. and the work lasts years (often outlasting the cars themselves). I went to O.A. on black friday to get a head unit for my partner's car. Allen helped us and did an excellent job, never making us feel pressured or dumb for the questions we asked. After it was installed, Allen even sat in the car with my partner, set it up for her, and explained how to use it easily. That experience went so well that I returned a few months later and wanted a whole system for my car. This time, Jorge helped me get a kenwood head unit, focal door speakers w/ crossovers and tweeters, and some kicker back door speakers. Jorge was very informative, worked with my budget, and explained how everything was gonna work together and sound amazing. He was right! I went in there thinking I wanted (1) 10 inch sub, but Jorge talked me into one kicker down-firing 12. I went home that night and listened to it, and I felt it sounded amazing but needed more rumble. I went back the next day and upgraded to 2 kicker down-firing 12's, and then we needed some powerful amps. We chose a kenwood 5 channel and a kicker bass amp. It was perfect. Jorge was right again, he said everyone always comes back and says they want more bass. After two weeks, I went back because I felt I needed a T13 compustar alarm, and Jorge was there to assist again. He helped me pick out the features I needed in the alarm and explained them to me because he was familiar with the system. I got the front and rear cameras to go with the alarm, and they work amazing; even live streaming while driving. Jorge once again was great and stayed after work hours and helped me feel comfortable with my new system. I'd say another 2 weeks passed, and I returned because I had a few questions about my new alarm. Jorge once again helped me understand how to use it with patience and kindness. And while I was there, I decided to have my 4 doors and rear hatch dynamated. And the crew there did it for me. They even took some before and after pictures for me. Now it really does sound amazing! I highly recommended that noise canceling step. It helped so much and made a big difference. Anyway I want to thank all of the staff there: you guys are the best!
