Gotta say, even when we might be closer to a different vape shop, we make a point to go to CIV! I’ve been a customer for over five years now, and during that time I have never had a poor experience - their staff are 100% the reason this place is unique.
When first transitioning away from cigarettes I had a LOT of questions about the different mods, juices, tanks, coils - everything. They were always very good natured, answered every question I had, often providing insights and recommendations based on their own experience and feedback from their customers.
I’ve noticed the staff go above and beyond, going so far as setting aside one or two of my typical flavors when they know they’ll be seeing me soon, and keeping me posted on when their next shipment in would be if they happen to be out of stock (rarely happens).
The past few months I’ve been exploring some of the Delta9 products to help with anxiety and pain management - I was super leery at first, worried about impacting my cognition and ability to do, well, normal adult functions. They have never made me feel ignorant, again always very informative regarding legality, potential effects, customer reviews etc.
