Well im editing today. I went to this location my daughter wanted tacos. I ordered online. I checked made sure we had all our food this time. But got home and on my Chipotle BBQ taco I said no ranch and extra Pico de fallo and add onions. Well glad I looked at it before I ate it because there was no Pico de gallo and no onions on it and there was alot of spicy ranch on it. Im allergic to milk so cant have ranch. I can have cheese but my body does not process any other products with milk in it. So my husband got my taco and I ate one of his soft shell tacos. Not happy at all. The guy at window was nice and all but whoever made the food sucks! And then when I called they hung up on me 4 times. Never did reach anyone. Im not happy at all. Tomorrow they will be told. Messing up a $50 order is bullshit let alone if it was only $5 it shouldn't matter. You get paid $15+ a hr or more and you dont read a monitor to get the good right. If I would of ate that not knowing I would of had a allergic reaction this is so not OK. Get it together people. I even put it in the notes section that is printed out on the online order they attach to your bag and it says in Capital letters : " FOOD ALLERGY TO MILK PRODUCTS PLEASE DONT PUT RANCH ON ANY ITEM! THANK YOU" Not hard to read unless you dont know how to. Do better until then I will not be going back to this Taco Bell. The ones in Ankeny are my fav guess I drive all the way there for taco bell so sad.
This was a few months ago I had to drive back to get my tacos they forgot to put in my bag. Luckily I wasn't home yet. I live 40 min away. Had my daughter check the bag and hand me a hardshell taco. They weren't in the bag. They did give me 2 coupons for a free item. So...
Read moreThe dining room area is very small. This location requires you to place your order through a touchscreen kiosk, similar to what McDonalds has been doing. The system Taco Bell is using is more problematic though. My wife and I both tried to place an order through two different kiosks. Both attempts failed as the system generated an error when we submitted our order, then it proceeded to apply menu and pricing updates. The touchscreens frequently didn't register a touch. There was no person at the counter to take orders as a backup. After catching an employee the manager came out to assist. The third and forth attempts to get an order placed worked (we had two separate orders). Prices were surprisingly high, even for post-Covid inflation. Manager and team member were polite and helpful. Order was hot and accurate. Time to get food was decent. Two stars for problematic ordering setup that must be used, the small dining area, and the prices. One suggestion: follow McDonald's lead and staff the front counter register as a backup...
Read moreI never write reviews, but this place NEEDS HELP!
I understand it’s in a suburban area where most people are settled in their careers, and many teens don’t need jobs because their parents take care of them, but this place is severely understaffed. They just can’t handle a lunch rush.
I placed a DoorDash order and have been waiting over 30 minutes (and counting I’m still waiting). Maybe someone called off or quit, but I’ve never had to wait this long for a DoorDash order. On top of that, the lady locked the restaurant doors to keep customers from coming in who knew they could even do that?
I’m sitting in my car watching the drive-thru, which is completely empty, yet they’re still saying it’ll be a long wait. This place clearly needs more employees to function properly. Well I’m going in to see if the door dashed...
