Northern Lights Pizza (117) — Restaurant in Grimes

We were out at a local establishment having drinks with our friends trying to figure out what we wanted to do for food as we were all getting quite hungry. Suddenly the door opened up and two Pizza Angels appeared in the door with a giant bag filled with pizzas and breadsticks. They came up to our table and said "would you like to buy a pizza?" And you know what? We most certainly did. We bought 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks. The pizza dudes were very friendly, the pizza and breadsticks were hot and delicious. Honestly this marketing idea is genius. Bringing freshly made pizzas to local bars, hopping from group to group to sell to people, amazing. Plus, we would have more than likely left the bar to go get food elsewhere, so it keeps customers there and also helps Northern Lights sell some extra pizzas....

I couldn’t really rate the atmosphere due to it being delivery, but we got a supreme thin crust and Parmesan breadsticks and the food was so good! What they say is true. The pizza IS great and you will LOOOOOOVE their breadsticks. They were perfect. Also, I wanted to mention that our delivery driver gentleman was fantastic! He called to verify our location because GPS was taking him to the wrong city. He was very friendly and professional on the phone and in person! My experiences with the staff are always swift but very pleasant, as I’m usually just doing order ahead/carry out! The staff is so friendly - It makes me smile just walking in the door and saying hello!
