Slim Chickens — Restaurant in Grimes

Just horrible drive thru service.

Came thru at 5:30 pm on 6.8.24 and there was a kid taking orders at the drive up. You could not understand him and when he said to pull up, it sounded as if he was annoyed to work there and had no customer service skills.

Another lady in front of me I heard say, "I don't like your attitude, I want to talk yo your manager." She explained to the manager who was on duty that she had to repeat her order three times.

You say it sister, I didn't like his attitude and I couldn't understand him at all. I got up to the window and there was no smile or no greeting from him. He took my card and no eye contact when he gave me the drink or food and gave me the card and I sped off. Didn't want anything to do with the stuck up kid.

Management needs to place him on a warning or write him up and if he doesn't get better at his job, fire him!

Please do not give excuses and say there isn't anyone out there to do the job, do better management at this location. I have gone into this establishment and the store can be dirty at times while the kids stand around and do nothing and talk and play on...

I got the 5&5 meal the person who served me was very rude and give me an incomplete order … he give me 5 messy BBQ chicken that looks like leftover without the 5 chicken tenders hoping that by the time I realized the bad order they will be closed then and believed that the manager told him to do that, luckily I don’t live far and I quickly realize and drove back there and the manager was nasty about it she didn’t take any accountability or whatsoever so I ended up asking for a refund… instead of letting me know that they didn’t have anymore of what I wanted they took my money and served me trash… the fact that they think they can just screw customers over and move on to the next shows that they have no idea what they are doing, building a reputation is very important part of running a business but I can see the lack of reputation just the...
