Why buy new when you can buy used and dirty for more?! This place is incredibly out of touch with pricing…and cleanliness. For example, Betty Crocker brand food storage containers (commonly found at Dollar Tree) are being sold USED for more than face value WITH visible food residue in them. Furniture is priced higher than what you would find in a boutique/antique store. Staff are not friendly in the slightest. Clerk had to manually type my debit card number in (super sketchy), because their credit card readers don’t work. For a place with a HUGE profit margin considering they primarily sell donated goods, they can certainly afford to get functional POS hardware and can afford to train their staff to properly screen donations. For an organization that prides itself on “…high quality, low priced second-hand goods for the whole family! The music was distracting with the constant ad asking to upgrade to a premium streaming plan.
I'm sure some people love this store but I'm definitely not the...
