I have never been more disrespected in my life I had my mower serviced and just because I addressed some concerns that was supposed to be done the manager tells me I'm no longer able to get serviced from them i wasnt rude or anything... is that how u normally treat your paying customers...Edited to add after owner response:Ā Respectfully sir I did call several times to verify what would be included in the price so I would know what to expect and plan for what could be extra.Ā I had absolutely no issue paying the overage and did so before delivery.Ā I was given a day for pickup with an 8 to 5 window.Ā I attempted to get a more concrete time as I ended up having an unexpected vet trip and wanted to make sure we were on the same page.Ā During delivery inspection, your driver witnessed me pulling grass from the pulley systems.Ā I called to inform of the issue/oversite.Ā I was told everything was complete, told to find someone else, then hung up on.Ā I have ordered from you in the past.Ā I would have continued to be a happy customer had there been an apology and small refund for the portion of the wash since I will now have to clean the mower.Ā I honestly need to inspect it more thoroughly based on these responses.Ā If you consider a customer who asks clarifying questions, doesn't leave you hanging to keep their appointments, pays in full and informs you that services were not complete as promised as a problem then good luck to...

They sent the technician with a HAIR DRYER for ārepairā. The account is paid in full for more than twenty days at this point(warranty replacement voucher from whirlpool) & I still do not have an operable fridge because āit would be best for their crew to deliverā next week. After they missed delivery of replacement last week and I STILL paid the account in full without a working fridge. I appreciate the kind words of the employees but words wonāt replace the thousands of dollars of groceries this year dealing with this OR the fridge you have been paid for TWICE. By me and the manufacturer. I did my part, Bonds appliances however has not⦠for their convenience sake of course. I realize Iām nobody to these business owners, but this is a warning to future customers They will jerk you around if you allow it.
