Cake was good but the communication that changes where made is very unprofessional the discussion of what was she was not able to do was agreed upon but when I pick the cake up there were changes to the look that did not match what was expected she said she would post video and I would love for that to be posted staff there is nice no complaints there but again if changes are to be made it would be professional for them to call and tell people instead of when you pick your cake up as for Jonica it’s a shame you will not do anymore cakes for us based on your lack of communication very poor again staff is very nice cake was good also she has declined to make anymore cakes for us based on me not being happy with them not calling me...

We went because we saw GF options with the hope that we'd have a local business to frequent when we get lazy. We've pretty much mastered GF at home but it's nice to eat something you didn't bake or cook yourself. They only had Peanut butter and Macaroons available and there are cross contamination warnings on site, however the cookies were amazing and we had no signs of cross contamination. The pimento cheese was not as I expected, different areas maybe use different recipes so while it wasn't what I was hoping for it was still delicious and I'd also buy it again. The girl working was very friendly and patient. We'll definitely add Jonica's to our treat...

I am more than happy with my daughters 2nd and 1st birthday cakes!!!! They exceeded everything I could’ve wished for or wanted in my girls cakes plus some. They are so much more than perfect and I couldn’t be happier. Not to mention their customer service is the best I think I may have ever seen in a business! This was our first time using them or even hearing of them and they will now be the ONLY people/company we use for any further events!!!! And a plus that went along with their perfection was all of this for $100. I would’ve paid so much more for this because...
