Before the changes to the dining room, the place was cramped and seating was uncomfortable to say the least, and they would always get our order horrifically wrong.

Must have had some staff and management changes for the evening shift at least. Now the order is correct when I order (with some exceptions involving drive thru, so down if you have to guys, sheesh, missing $10 in stuff is rather inexcusable). Dining in, it's slower paced.

Would be nice if they slowed down in drive thru to make sure everything is right before it goes out and focus some more on the dining room as well.

Before orders in the dining room, even when made by the manager, would be terribly wrong and missing roughly half the order, and we made large orders ($50-$65 orders). Now the worst that they miss is a single burrito or something small if they miss anything at all (in the dining room, again Drive Thru is a bit of a mess still).

I eat at Taco Bell so much its unreal, every time I go at night time they're "out" of chalupas, I manage a restaurant of my own. They put shredded cheese on all of my food tonight. They were almost closed I get that but I also am a paying customer and if they didn't have cheese sauce they should've informed me I wasted all 14 dollars of my money the only thing that was even good was the Baja Blast. Aswell as they pulled me around the building and let a single woman employee who also was the only one without an attitude because I came through she kept apologizing and was very sweet walk outside by herself even with the history of Guntersville.
