Update 7/15/2023 Saw MI Dead Reckoning part 1 today in theater 1. The sound volume level is way off balance in this theater number 1. The explosions, music, and all sound effects completely drown out the voice track. This really needs to be fixed. Depending on the movie and the scene you are watching, you may not be able to hear or understand what the actors are saying. The volume level is also tweaked a bit too loud.
The other problem with this theater is some 'animals' have damaged the screen. If you look closely, these evil people actually threw objects at the screen hard enough to damage it in 8 different places. Mostly on the lower right and mid right side but also some damage near the center of the screen. The dent damage looks like it was almost strong enough to puncture the screen. I hope whoever did this got caught and will be forced to pay to repair the screen. Thankfully the damage is not highly visible on darker scenes and can mostly only be seen during brighter scenes like the sky. Also btw, 3rd row C is way too close to this screen. If row 4 (D) or further back is not available, skip that showing and find one where you can sit farther back.
Great AMC location! Screens are huge! The picture quality and detail are amazing! The colors are incredible! And the speaker system is the best ive ever experienced before in a theater! The screen/sound quality are equal to or better than AMC Prime and AMC imax.
Went to see the movie "Nope!" And it was incredible! Never before have i seen a movie look, sound and feel this good before! The sounds were hyper realistic. If you closed your eyes, you could be convinced it was real! Its not blaring loud, its just perfect!
3rd row of seats is almost too close to the screen. I recommend any seats past the 3rd row for best viewing here.
The seats are leather and super comfy. You can recline all the way back without blocking views of people behind you and without losing sight of the screen and without getting blocked by people in front of you. Perfect seat layouts! All seats have rotating trays. You cant remove the trays but you can turn them. Plenty of room to walk the aisles even when seats are fully reclined. Only AMC Prime seats were better than these since the Prime Seats have more controls. But only slightly better in that regard.
Prices were $17 per adult which is a bit on the high side, but well worth it compared with the Garden State Plaza Mall AMC's $25+ per adult ticket and compounded with inferior seats, screens, screen sizes, color, sound system.
$17 getting you the absolute best in picture quality, sound quality, comfy seating and best line of site seating layout is a great deal!
Food prices appear to be $17 each as well. Might be worth it to share half a meal with a date.
Pros: Best picture & sound quality Huge screens Amazing seats Great location Tons of parking Free parking Clean Great location Friendly employees Best theater in the area
Cons: Cant remove tray Food...

My bf and I decided to see Ant Man and chose this theater since the photos looked nice and we were staying at a hotel in the area. Our usual theater is iPIC in Fort Lee but they were sold out of movie showings for the day.
When arriving at this location, it's part of the mall so to get where the entrance of AMC is you can follow the signs to upper level parking. Just note, if you're visiting on a Sunday you may not be able to enter through the mall because of Bergen County's blue law so parking on the upper level is ideal.
NOW, if you think it's a normal food ordering process it's not. I thought I could order ahead and pick it up or order from my seat but it's not that easy.
You CAN order ahead on the app BUT you have to choose a time. Our movie started at 1:15pm and the only times they had available were 1:15 and 1:25. So you can order through the app, choose a time and they'll deliver it to you at your seat but that option is only available at the times they have on the app. I decided to wait until we got there to order in person so I can just grab and go but the line was ridiculously long so we just walked to our seats.
20 minutes go by and my boyfriend went back to order food. The line was still somewhat long but he's a trooper, he stayed since he knew I was HANGRY haha. 15 minutes pass by and I see him come back with no food so I was super confused. He said he ordered it but they deliver it to your seat. I really wish they would implement a way to order from the app during showtime instead of having to leave while the movie is playing. I mean, yes other theaters you have to get up and order but they advertise it in a way where you think you can sit, order and get it delivered right to your seat no matter the time.
I did like their food options! Flatbreads, burgers, chicken strips... they even had plant-based and vegan options. I ordered pretzel bites which came with melted cheese and honey mustard along with fries. They were hefty portions too and come in to go boxes. The seats were comfy and recline back. They also have a small table for you to eat on.
Now I know to order ahead on the app before the available times expire. I think once you know how this theater works your experience would...
Read moreSpent over $50 on 2 tickets the other day. Power button on both seats was inoperable. Movie was sold out, so no where to move. We were in the first row and were incredibly uncomfortable being unable to recline the seats to look up at the screen for 2.5 hours. Management should regularly check to ensure all seats are working properly and remove those seats from the sales platform when broken. I politely reported the broken seats to the dinner delivery staff (Brandon) who told me nothing could be done. Brandon also forgot half the food we ordered. 40 minutes later, when I got up to look for the missing myself, I saw Brandon delivering other meals. He told me he was too busy and I should bring my receipt to concessions to check for the missing food at the counter myself. Really?! I thought I was paying a premium for the advertised “dine-in” experience. Not to get up myself, track down my order, and miss a big chunk of the movie. I reported these circumstances upon the movie’s conclusion to the manager named Jhtay. I did not ask for a refund, but rather asked for vouchers to come back and see the movie again, under more comfortable circumstances. I think my request was very reasonable. In response, Jhtay became extremely hostile and gave me huge attitude for even asking. She said it was my fault that I didn’t walk out to the lobby and report the broken seats earlier. I told her I only arrived 5 minutes ahead of movie and already had a $60 dine in order placed, so I had to sit there and wait for the food. She said I should have known to get up and go to the lobby regardless about the broken seats in those 5 minutes before the movie started. It was an absolutely obnoxious suggestion and she had rude tone in her voice from the onset of our communication. It was the worst, most unprofessional customer interaction I’ve ever experienced. Jhtay be terminated, or at the very least re-trained. Also, what ever happened to accountability and last names? Jhtay Refused to give me her last name and also refused to share the name of her superior. (The GM of...
