This Staples is in a super convenient location, and it's great it you're grabbing office supplies from the main part of the store, but it feels like every time I go there is some kind of issue with the printing section. I guess they have to take a lot of orders from the other Staples, but the printing portion of the store is always jam packed and seems understaffed. There's usually only one person and maybe a manager there. Also, sometimes they take just the file you need to print and other times they tell you to leave the USB there, which is annoying especially when you only need one color copy of a file printed or you don't feel comfortable leaving all your files with them. And I wouldn't recommend leaving it anyway, since there is so few staff there it seems like it would be easy to misplace since they're always running around with all the extra orders they have to fill. Another thing, be prepared to drive in and check on your order if you decide to leave a file and they say they'll call you later to pick it up. Once time, I needed an order printed and they never called me to come pick it up. Finally, I went in three days after I left it and they told me the woman who took my order forgot to call me in. These things happen and all, but these things seem to happen a lot at this particular location. Read moreI wish I had specifically read the print shop related issues that people have raised. This place needs help. Have been going in to print labels on a weekly basis. Most of the staff has been sharing unsolicited advice but mostly politely. I don't mind naming and shaming but stay away from Daevonna. This person is so rude and makes printing seem like brain surgery. Completely unprovoked, she proceeds to tell me that the paper i brought in, she needs to know whether its good for laser or inkjet printer. Little does she know that it doesn't matter for sheet labels. Later on, after painfully getting the prints out, I proceed to explain to her that it doesn't matter and that she has printed the same labels for us multiple times, she turns to the person with me to say that I don't understand so she'll try to explain to them. wow! lol. I don't know how this place is open. These guys, specifically Daevonna, need some serious training in customer service. Read moreDISGUSTING print sevice. Went 3 times to try printing on transparency paper. They told me to go anytime and they would either print on their transparency paper o the paper I provide. When I came back they didn't print because "they run out of transparency paper". They have so much lack of organization thay they didn't even know where to look for the paper. Then I came back the next day and bought my own paper in the very same store. They first said they would print but they would charge the same ammount as if they were providing the paper because "its a transparency anyway" (that means a dollar each b/w copy) and I already paid them a lot for my paper!! Then I complained to the manager and he said they won't print in that paper because ic could jam the printers!! So the paper they sell as "for inkjet/laser" can jam the printers???
I went directly from here to the store in route 17. They did there and excelent job, in the moment, and cheaper. And they were kind with the customers, always trying to help.
