People's United Center is a great place all around. The staff is very kind and professional. The food is inexpensive (compared to other sporting events I've attended) and is never overcooked or cold. The prices for tickets is so low that I myself bought two season hockey tickets for the family. Both the hockey (right) and basketball (left) are located through the main lobby. Make sure you bring your children so they can have fun with the mascot Boomer. He's a great entertainer and loves to mingle with the crowd. The school band always does a fabulous job. They play for both the hockey and basketball teams. It's another plus for those music lovers out there. Schedules for both sports can be found online. Tickets can also be purchased online or at the ticket windows located on the side of the main entrance. Treat yourself to a game to either the men's and women's teams, and experience the skills the QU Bobcats bring to the sports.
