Rainbow Shops — Attraction in Hamilton Township

I go here once or twice a year when I have to get a large order of a specific item from the Walmart nearby. The isles were so close together it is hard moving around. I went this time and the person who I assume is the manager was there. A mom and her teen daughter came in after me and she welcomed and acknowledged them. Then the owners came in and it was an older man and a woman. They were telling the manager what to do and how to rearrange the store for optimal customer experience. Once I was done checking out I had to pass between the old man owner and the manager and it was such an unwelcoming experience. They just stood one on each side in silence staring at me with dead eyes while I was leaving, no words. So I made a 2 item purchase as a gift for someone and being that it was a gift I inquired about their return policy. I was told w receipt n tags I'd get a full refund. But if no receipt make sure tags on still on and I can only get an exchange. So the person didn't care for the items so 3 days later I wanted to return items but couldn't find the receipt. No problem I thought, I'll do an exchange since they have kids clothes also I'd get something for 1 or 2 of my grands.
