Mario & Franks IV — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Called Mario and Frank’s, I think I spoke to one of the owners. Called them to let them know that our orders came out wrong and children’s menu spaghetti with meat sauce that we ordered was a big container of dry noodles with a blob of can tomato sauce on top ( I was told that that’s what they do for kinds order ) so you basically pay $7 for pasta which isn’t worth even $2). Then he argues with me that they had a different order. Long story short, I have been on the phone for 15 min to find out that their online system doesn’t work so it doesn’t matter what you order and pay, you are still not getting to get what you want. I told him ordering online supposed to be convenient and accurate since customer is putting in themselves. On top of everything the food really isn’t good!!! I asked for a refund which he said he can’t give it to me since I ordered online and someone from the website will give me a call to process the refund which never happened!!! They didn’t seem to care at all and blew me off with saying that someone will call me! We have been disappointed with this place for a while, this last incident just put everything over the edge. I’m not going to waste my money for something awful and on top of that something we didn’t order! We will never order food in there nor no one of our colleagues that...

Stopped in the other night for a Sicilian tomato pie. Super disappointed! New owners don’t have it right. It used to be the perfect crust soft yet killer crunch on the bottom. It’s definitely not the same type of dough and there was entirely too much sauce. This place used to be a special treat now we will have to find another spot. Also as I waited for my order there was one couple eating in and they waited over half an hour for 2 cheese steaks. With people in your back kitchen and the front of house there is no reason for the place to run that slow. So sad to see an amazing hot spot...

So I mean it don't taste bad but the size of a large pizza this is definitely not a large pizza .. it's more like a medium pizza I've seen larger slices and larger pies at Little Caesars.. All these other pictures I'm seeing on here of there slices is definitely not what I just received I thought a large cheese steak was a large cheese.. this reminds me of a classic hoagie from Wawa large cheese steak is LARGE a cheesesteak... Looks like they took half of a large cheese steak and cut kind of feeling disappointed right now for the price...
