Mercury Entertainment Center — Attraction in Hampton

I usually do not play bingo at this location because each time I attend, they start very late. The start time today was 12:30 pm (I arrived at 10:30 am), and the game is due to start at 11 am (they didn't start serving customers until 10:45 am). They gave us numbers as we arrived, which were to be called as each person is served, however, they did not adhere to that policy. Therefore, those who stayed in line were serviced first. We did not have a proper break, therefore you must wait until a coverall in order to have time to use the bathroom. There were only 3 people working the game, and the owner didn't help them, which would have sped up the process. It seems this is a regular practice for which the customers continually complain, however, nothing seems to change.
