I ordered a coffee, my number was 243. I waited for 40 minutes and finished my burrito and noticed people with higher numbers getting their drinks after me that also came way after me. I asked the white older lady with red hair if 243 was coming and she said it will be ready when it’s ready. Another 10 minutes goes by and said what number were you, I repeated 243 and she said you didn’t order a drink, I reassured her that I did in fact order a drink. She said do you have proof and I pulled out my ticket number and she said that’s not proof so I pulled out the receipt, another 10 minutes goes by and I talk to a very sweet lady named Latoya, Latoya refunded me and said I’ll make your drink for you. However she went back there to help and was serving other customers, I waited about 15 and told her not to worry about and she said I’m making your drink now. I could understand if the white lady was having a bad day, but don’t take it out in someone who is very nice, she must’ve seen me as weak because I was nice and thought I was a perfect target. Just want to say niceness isn’t weakness I was a world bronze medalist for the USA in wrestling and taught hand to hand combat in the Marines. So yes I could’ve done so many things and had an attitude back but chose to be nice because I’m guessing she was having a bad day and was taking it out on me and blatantly made it obvious because she was happily giving others their drinks. Before I Went here for a delivery order I said this isn’t going to be a good area considering I’ve never been there and something was telling me no it wouldn’t. It was a bad customer service experience. The lady was not even a good customer service representative. I was waiting to say I have a delivery order to pick up so I was saying excuse me to get her attention. She was like I hear you girl like she’s annoyed . She looked it up and didn’t tell me anything about the order . I waited and another lady came up to tell me delivery orders are on the other side . I went there and the order wasn’t over there so I went to wait outside to give them more time to make it. When I came back to ask a man how long is it on the order he looked around and didn’t have the order. He asked me to go where the drinks are where I was when I first originally came in where the lady said girl I hear you. The man ask him if she has my order. She said nope and she didn’t let me know the whole time I was standing there. That’s ridiculous how some people works at a place but don’t actually do their job. Me personally I don’t go to wawas and I would have cancel the order but I couldn’t because it wouldn’t make sense to deliver 1 order to the same person if it’s going to the same place. Read moreNotice to the owners. This you need to check behind this Wawa. Either there's a management ordering issue or a logistics issue of some sort. And the last 2 months I have come here 4 separate occasions and they had shut down drink orders. Not only from the app but also internally in the store. The first time they told me it was because they didn't have anybody to cover drinks they were sure staffed.. The next occasion there was no explanation. The third occasion it was they were having technical issues. This occasion is because they have no ice and the only way that they we're able to eliminate drinks from the menu that had ice was they had to shut the whole drink when you down both inside the store and outside. This is becoming like McDonald's and their ice cream machine what is really going on.?! We coming here way too often to experience this. The only reason I gave it to stars is because most of the time the Frontline employees are very friendly. But you are losing losing of money with drink issues.
