Golden City - No Delivery — Restaurant in Hampton

We have ordered from here in the past never had an issue til recently the time before last it took them over an hour and half to deliver our food and kept giving us different times every time we called with no sincere apology and she had a very nasty attitude ... Ordered again tonight and she put the wonton soup on the bottom of the bag and when we got it it was on its side the whole bag leaking and wontons everywhere and everything else soaked with soup... So we called to ask for another soup she basically said I was lying and that she put it on the bottom so that couldn't of happened and had a terrible attitude we had to literally beg for a new one to be sent out which of course took another 45 mins smh it's not even about the time or food but their customer service SUCKS! I will NEVER spend my money there again and will make sure everyone I know...

Food was better than I expected. The service is another thing. I couldn't understand WTH she was saying. I just gave up and said yeah, o.k. 😁 Wanted shrimp egg roll and got pork one but I did say yeah o.k.😁 They could be more friendly but as long as the foods good I really can't complain. Honestly bad food. I can't believe how high the ratings are for this place. I've ordered Hunan Chicken and Moo Goo Gai Pan several times each from here. The cook inundates the dishes with sauce, which obliterated any potential texture from the vegetables. It's just a soup. They also use beans in their Hunan Chicken which I detest.
