B & M Aquatic Gardens & Koi — Attraction in Hardyston Township

Don't go here! I have spent a lot of money here. Large ponds and many supplies over the years. I also spent $500 on a concrete Snow White and the seven dwarfs. Today not knowing they are closed on Wednesday, I called for my Mom who was excited to go there. I thought we could go early tomorrow if they had a pump we needed There was no answer but ,when I hung up there was a call to me from B&M . It was an irate older woman accusing me of calling all day long. I told the woman this was the first call today. I tried to ask if they had a particular pump because I assumed they were open today since she called me back. She said Sweetheart , WHEN WE ARE CLOSED WE ARE CLOSED! She then hung up on me! This is why small businesses close. if you are closed, have a voice-mail so people can leave a message. Dont assume everyone knows you are closed and call people back making accusations.The customer service was never great, but I like to support small businesses .This is abusive its shameful to treat anyone that way.I can't imagine calling the last number who called and berating the person for something they didn't do . She didn't even bother to check how many times I called before accusing me.Its time for them to retire if they hate...

Kate and Matt came to my house this morning to clean my pond (power wash) and open it for the season. To say I was satisfied would be an understatement. They were detailed oriented and cleaned every nook and cranny in the pond. Honestly, it hadn't been this clean since it was installed. I had the pond cleaned last year by a well-known competitor, and it was like night and day. The competitor did a surface cleaning at best and charged considerably more than B & M. They treat us like Friends and Family .
