Harrah Library - Metropolitan Library System — Attraction in Harrah

The lady is very unprofessional. I needed help printing some stuff off. She ran through what I needed to do instead of actually helping me. I stayed an hour with my son and nephew. She waits until I leave and walk out the door to hand my nephew a rules of conduct pamphlet to give to me. She circles stuff and writes notes in it for me. She had a problem with my nephew, who is 20, and instead of discussing it with us while we were there and trying to talk like adults. She cowardly hands this pamphlet to him as he's walking out the door. I go back in to ask her what that's about because I'm just surprised at how she presented this to me. She says she didn't think there was a better way to handle the situation. But didn't mind circling the part where law enforcement will uphold policies. I felt like that was a threat. I told her she waited until i left instead of talking to me and she could have done that better. She said well i got a phone call and was busy. No ma'am. I was there for that 3 minute phone call about your son, you wasnt busy for an hour. There should be a more mature and thoughtful caring person working here in my opinion. My son and I love this library. We go every other week for new books and movies. The staff is EXCELLENT!! Everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to track down holds for me, and I didn't even have to ask. I highly recommend this library. Best...
