If it were possible I would rate this business 0 out of 5 stars. I would recommend you NEVER utilize Harrah disposal for your trash needs. If your residence is off a main road their trash men will purposely throw your trash cans empty or full into a ditch & it won’t matter if you call to file a formal complaint politely because the owner is just so incredibly rude, disrespectful, unprofessional & will do nothing but make excuses for his guys. Honestly, I don’t believe I have spoke to someone that was as delusional as this man was, he must be on some kind of illicit drugs. All he does is offer excuses for his employees & states that he has “camera footage” to prove us fine people of Harrah wrong since he has zero accountability but the question is, why would you need cameras if your employees actually did their jobs properly & didn’t throw your trash cans full/empty into ditches for you, the paying customer, to go drag out? The owner is obviously a pathological liar as he has to lie to his customers to keep covering for his terrible employees that can’t do their jobs right. He states that his arm trucks have cameras but my problem was with their other truck they use that apparently doesn’t have a mechanical arm or cameras. My wife literally watched his trash guys throw our cans into the ditch leaving trash everywhere. They have done this since march! But we give people the benefit of the doubt for as long as we can. We literally have witnesses (our neighbors) that have told us that their trash guys just throw our cans in our yards/ditches as well as our own documentation. He states that we changed our story but we never changed our story when we spoke to these clowns. I broke it down so simply for him so his little smooth brain could comprehend the situation from beginning to end but unfortunately due to his obvious mental inability he didn’t understand the situation at all, it doesn’t matter how you explain it to this knuckle dragger he won’t comprehend your issue. And same goes for those nasty, hateful, front desk clerks they are so incredibly rude, WILL not only hang up on you but will talk over you like they don’t care about what you have to say & not only will they do that but they blatantly LIE to their supervisor about it & gaslight you over the phone. If that doesn’t speak volumes about this company, there’s more! The supervisor trespassed on my property while I was away from my home when I very specifically told him NOT to step foot on my property until I got there to supervise the removal of trash cans. I said that to him because of the way this lunatic spoke to me over the phone over this simple manner, it made me incredibly concerned for the safety of my family. He should seriously heed people’s instructions in situations like this as it could cause some very serious trouble for him one of these days, wouldn’t that be oh-so tragic? This incredibly delusional owner decided to take it upon himself to trespass on my property to target those trash cans. I couldn’t care less about the cans at this point it’s the fact that he did what he did! What’s hilarious is that we had resolved this issue over the phone prior as I did not initially want to cancel my service & he said & I quote “ did not want to lose a paying customer “ but then decided to go off & disrespect me. I cannot in good faith recommend this company ever to anyone. Please, people of Harrah, go give your business to east side waste management they are incredibly professional, very kind & are the same price if not cheaper than Harrah disposal. Please don’t give these Harrah disposal clowns your hard earned money, they don’t deserve a dime of it. May some other trash services come to our town & run this fool out of business for good. I’m not surprised that this mentally ill owner of Harrah disposal is so defensive in all of his replies. I don’t normally give bad reviews but this is the Worst customer service ever. These are just hateful people. I’m embarrassed they are part of my community and I can’t believe they are still in business. I have stuck with them for 10 years even with bad service because they are local, but after speaking with them to day about an honest mistake, I’m DONE! I accidentally sent them a check for an account that was closed because my house was broken into. I quickly apologized and corrected the mistake with a credit card and paid a late fee once I was made aware of the situation. I also informed them that one of my poly carts were stolen at which time they became hateful, rude and demanded that I pay for it. I advised that I would file a police report for the stolen property but would absolutely not pay for something that was not my fault. Karen just kept bringing up the $30 check mistake. THAT I ALEADY TOOK CARE OF! Really? At that point, I told them just to pickup the cart. My parents live next door to me and they have been using Waste management for years and have had no problems ever so that is who I would recommend. Post note: after posting this review, Karen from Harrah Disposal contacted me via FB messenger and threatened to post my name and derogatory information about the mistaken check I sent on their timeline if I didn’t remove the post. Avoid this company if you have other options! This is a trash company, literally and metaphorically. Customer service is a joke, if you can get the employees to answer the phone. If you can’t, their voicemail is full so you can’t even leave a message.

They never delivered our trash can until a week after we started trash service, and that was after calling them to inquire. We’ve paid for trash service for the entire month of June and have had our trash picked up once (the gentleman delivering our trash can was kind enough to throw the bags of garbage in our driveway onto his trailer).

I’ll be happy to increase the number of stars as time goes on, but I’m not holding my breath after my experience over the past 3 weeks.

P.S. Sorry not sorry about the 2 weeks worth of baby diapers that have been baking in...
