My kids really enjoy this park. It has several features that can only be found at this park which no other parks in the area have. Most notably there is a short zip line. If you go when it's busy there will definitely be a line to use the zip line. My only real complaint is the lack of shaded seating. There are no trees or coverage for the few benches available. A shelter was recently built beside the playground but it currently does not have any tables or benches. You could bring your own chairs or a blanket to sit under the shelter if you're so inclined. Read moreThis was our first visit since the park opened. The playground is very nice and there were a lot of kids playing when we went today. I was mainly interested in the walking path since we live nearby and we're excited to have a park close to us for walking. The trail is nice, it's paved and roomy for walkers in both directions. Having some shade trees here and there would be a blessing on hot days, along with more benches along the trail. Read moreWe stopped here as we were passing through on a road trip. It was the perfect place to get out and stretch our legs. We ate at the covered picnic tables. It was nice and cool under the pavilion even in hot sun. We were able to use the clean and well-stocked restrooms and spend some time on the awesome playground. The playground is designed with features for kids age 2-12. Some sunny areas as well as some sun shades.
