This is a fun place for children and adults. It's an OK birthday venue, but not very organized. The kids are supposed to get an hour to jump but with long lines to sign the waiver, find where to put gifts, and get their socks, the kids only get about 35 to 40 minutes. Our party was at 1 O'clock, and they don't open until 1 on Sundays, and we couldn't get in the building until 12:55, but there was 2 parties scheduled at 1. After planning food and discussing with the Jump park, we had drinks that needed ice, and when we asked for ice from our coordinator, she said, "I can bring you a few cups." She later returned and didn't have any ice at all. After asking her for it again she replied with, "we don't have any. Our ice machine is broke!" The room we were in for the party had a clock on the wall, but it didn't work. We were approached by an employee that asked for the birthday boy's tshirt size, for his free tshirt, and she gave us a 5 minute notice to be finished up. The only organization that was in place was to keep a count on how many kids were in our party, so they could make sure to charge for everyone, and they made sure we knew when our jump time was over, to announce it. We will definitely visit again, but won't have another birthday party.

Fun place for 30 minutes. I’ve been coming for 6 years and see where some of the negative reviews come from. When it was new, everything was special. I’ve been for birthday parties and they were good. But you can definitely see a noticeable difference over 6 years, if it’s your first time you may not notice the aging. The most recent was the swinging rope was removed instead of repaired. The inflatable landing pad does not hold me up well near the edges due to the fans. The trampolines need springs tension increased. The bats you swing at each other are so worn when I swung it, my son said it scratched him from the broken vinyl. More vacuuming and general cleaning and wiping of surfaces. Replace all the foam in all the pits. It’s still fun but even my kids are ready to roll after 30 minutes. Maybe I’ve brought them too many times but it’s worn off its luster. I still give it 4 stars but would lower it to 3 if the trend continues. New addition of video games is cool, they are investing in some areas my recommendation is take care of the primary basics for why people go to a trampoline park. New balls in dodge ball area were good.

So I was looking for some activity for my kiddos to do inside since it was 100 degrees outside and found this place. First the check in process is a bit much, you basically sign your entire life away to have the kids jump. Then they charge you for special socks, which is just a bummer because you don’t need special socks to jump, that’s just not true. And if you need the socks why is it an option to buy them? This is a travel town meaning most people who come in won’t be from here, so then just add the sock price into the ticket price. (Suggestion) For the price isn’t not much to do but jump, and my little one was entertained much longer than my older one. We came in for the virtual reality game and it was broken when we walked in. What was nice is the ice cream place attached and it does have a bench you can sit at while the kids jump. If it wasn’t so hot out we would’ve walked out and played at the park outside. For 4 kids to just jump it was $110! Crazy.

Been coming here for several years and have had multiple kids birthday parties here as well as been invited to plenty. It started off fantastic and was a big hit. Very neat with a good clean vibe and theme. Staff has always been friendly and I have no customer service complaints even now. Very polite and accommodating. But over the last several years, it’s gotten more and more worn down, to the point that it just starting to feel dirty, run down, trashy, and in desperate need of some major upkeep.

Monkey bars are all peeled and taped up, all the foam squares in the foam ball pit look like they have been through WW2 and back with a few new ones that have been thrown in. Random arcade games thrown around, misc chairs and benches that don’t match each other, basketball hoops torn, staff not in any kind of identifying uniform or badges, entranceway crammed with random games and plastic tables, ninja course zip line will give you a whiplash since it doesn’t work, party rooms look like prison cells, the list goes on. The best way I could describe it is when you go to a mall and you see an arcade room that’s kind of all over the place aesthetically with zero oversight, that’s what it feels like. Absolutely no theme or feel, just random ‘whatever’. Like a Chuck E. Cheese past its glory days.

Shame. Really hope the owners can bring it back to how it was. Used to be a great place for kids parties, now we try to find other locations like the Children’s Museum which has done a great job of keeping up...
