The UPS Store — Attraction in Hatfield Township

Made an appointment for notary services about 5 days in advance for a Saturday because that’s when my husband and I were both available. When we arrived, the clerk indicated the notary was not there. When she called, he told her that he was out of town. We received an email confirmation of our appointment as well as another reminder in advance. Why bother having online appointments if you’re not going to monitor/check them? Called all the local UPS Stores and of the ones that answered the phone, none had a notary in. These guys saved me. I left my wallet on the counter and almost ruined my whole day. Week. Month. I drove my car so fast back looking in parking lot. The last thing anyone wants on a Friday night. They saw me on my hands and knees in the parking lot and told me They had it. I offered to buy something pay them. They declined. I offered to hug them. They also declined ;). But they restored my faith in humanity. Such amazing people. I will never go to another ups store again. If you want honest, kind, hardworking people. Go to this store. I literally could write. This franchise is exceptional. The store is always very clean and organized. The associates are friendly and helpful. I've seen them go out of their way to offer patient and extra assistance to customers. I recently needed to send a FAX to my surgeons office. The associate was so patient despite several FAX failures. I was so stressed due to the circumstances of getting the FAX to my surgeon. In the end the FAX did go through, after many attempts (and the failures were at the FAX in my surgeon's office) . They were so kind and understood my concerns due to my health matter.
