Ez iPhone Fix — Attraction in Haverhill

My phone got stuck in a boot loop after getting soaked in water and I mean SOAKED, like completely submerged for 5-10 minutes at least. I was under no illusion that it would ever be fully functional again especially because it's 6 years old and already has had a few tumbles, but I needed it to power on long enough to be able to sign into work accounts with 2-factor authentication codes (I work from home) for the rest of the week and transfer what data I had that wasn't backed up before getting a new phone; I told them this upfront. Everything was done within a reasonable time frame, only a few hours. After telling me it was ready to be picked up the employee that repaired my device was considerate enough to call me again to tell me to wait because there were still issues. When I came in to retrieve the phone and pay, he honored the originally quoted price despite the work being more intensive than first expected (This was not stated directly to me, but spoken quietly between the staff as they manually adjusted the price on the register). He was under no obligation to do that, but it was very kind and appreciated, especially since I already had to suddenly spend a few hundred dollars upfront for a new phone--financing is sadly not a feasible option for me. Even with a tip it was still a significant difference. I didn't catch his name unfortunately but I hope he knows I am sincerely grateful for that.

As I expected, the phone doesn't stay on for very long at a time before restarting--it would take a miracle for it to work like it used to after sitting submerged in water for as long as it did. Quite frankly it would be impossible. But it stays on long enough for me to access what I needed to before I could get a new one, which is exactly what I went in hoping for as the best case scenario... and I didn't have a lot of hope! So thank you EZ Fix for your work and incredible customer service. Hopefully I won't break another device any time soon, but if I do this is the first...

Asked them to fix my phone screen and they make my button too sensitive it was extremely annoying so I brought it back in a few days later and they just set the button on my screen as if I couldn’t just do this myself they also shut my phone with some black glue that melts off the sides I couldn’t remove it myself so I asked them to do it and then they shred off the sides its looks and feels terrible it’s like whenever I bring my iPhone to fix one thing they cause another problem DONT BRING IPHONES HERE itll be less money at the apple...

I have had the opportunity to have my phone fixed at this store twice and these guys are GREAT!!! Excellent customer Service, friendly and reasonable price to repair any issue with the phone. I've dealt with Mohammed and in both times, he explained everything in details that was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Great experience and would definitely recommend this store...
