Peking Garden — Restaurant in Haverhill

Horrible service.. I place an order for delivery one the deliver took almost an hour after i was told half hour two the person on the phone told me to have my id ready i did and when the driver arrived i had it but did not have my CC handy and i was unable to go back into my house to retrieve it for other reasons. i explained this to the driver and he gave me a very hard time. i simply told him i am sorry then please take your food back. I called to complain and the person on the phone gave me an attitude and hung up on me..great customer service... i will never order from this place again.. I could actually see my name on the receipt and my full address is on my id yet he still wanted to look at the credit card.. horrible service. and this is not the first time i receive bad service from them but third time you loose...

Was tired of going to the same places in Haverhill so we decided to try Peking Garden and they were very good! Beef/chicken sticks were juicy, beef lo mein and pork Fried rice were flavorful, the General Taos chicken was the BEST I’ve ever had ANYWHERE. Crispy, full of flavor and no gross pieces but could have used more broccoli but still amazing. Only complaint is about the crab Rangoon's. This is my favorite thing to order so they HAVE TO be on point. I would say they could have used double the filling and they would be amazing. listen they advertise on there menu prices and offers I just placed an order and she said it is $48 so I said to her I have a menu that says $45 and you get a free crab Rangoon or pork fried rice. so she said no but the delivery is not included. ( kicker) the manager just called me back to try and fix it but she tried to bamboozle me by saying, o yes your order is $45 dollars and delivery fee is $3 but then she said that I only qualify for a free coke 😂. please let me know and let them know that if you post and send menus to people's houses don't try to be...
