Skiwi Rentals — Attraction in Henderson

I rent from Skiwi every time I come back to visit my family and friends in Las Vegas and I will continue to rent from them. The staff is very friendly, professional, caring and honest. Their customer service is outstanding. To illustrate this point, let me share an experience with you. They mistakenly charged my card $812 instead of $218. As soon as they recognized the error they apologized profusely for the mistake and the funds were credited to my account the NEXT day. Usually, you have to wait weeks on end to get a refund from companies. I was very impressed with their willigness to resolve what could have been a really big problem.

Their prices and Jet-Ski's are the best around---and they even provide you with a trailer. The first time that I rented from Skiwi I rented the budget jetskis. They were great and I had a blast! We were really hoping that they would have a tube we could pull, but they did not. They offered to reimburse for the price of any tube we bought (if we wanted to do so). The next time I rented from them they recommended the luxury jetskis. I took their advice and it was fabulous! There is no comparison---the luxury jetskis are faster, much more comfortable, and without a doubt worth the difference in price.

Skiwi boat was okay. I just wished they would of told me that it was another issue instead of saying it was carbs then paying for it. Had 2 older skis and one had an acceleration issue the othe did not start. Told them both what was going on and immediately was both carbs. I asummed they new what they were talking about. The next weekend was able to take out. They one that did not start was fixed but the other with acceleration issues did not took back and was told to get new ones. They took it in again to look at and was again ready for me. Took out again to the and the exact same problem and this time fuel was bubbling out of carbs.took in again and again the same response get rid of them we aint gonns be working on those types come next year anyways leaving me to believe they didnt want to work on them in first place. by the end of the week i had to call them and was told that compression was not enough that it was to low. They could of easily told me that in first place instaed of having me pay for the carbs and that not being the issue. Other that they were friendly and talkative till the end when they told me that i wouldnt want to pay for them to get fix. I guess one out...

After searching a few different Jet Ski rental websites, I came across Skiwi Rentals. The reason I decided to rent from Skiwi was because I was able to locate prices, rental options, and was able to speak with a live person without any hassle. I spoke with a wonderful lady who walked me through the booking process. The prices for the Jet Ski I rented are very reasonable, plus they even offer an SUV rental for those of us not from Nevada, so we can haul the Jet Skis around. Once we got there, the staff gave a very thorough explanation of Lake Mead; places to go, places to avoid, where the most inexpensive gas station is, etc... The machines were in great condition and zipped up and down that lake without any issue at all.
