Went in to get a hat for my wedding before covid hit. Found one, they wanted 40 to hold it. I gave it to them and then covid hit. Wedding got cancelled. They called in August to see if I still wanted it and I told them wedding got cancelled, I'll be in at some point. Went in today to get 2 lassoes and a hat and they said my $40 credit was good for 90 days has expired and no good. Empty parking lot middle of a pandemic and the lady called the owner and she said she will call me because she is busy. I was the only customer for miles and I wasn't asking for money back, I was asking my the money to be applied to my current purchase. She made 40 bux for me trying on a hat. Very easily could have said since everything has been nuts, let's apply that 40 to your purchase today. Would have taken 10 seconds but opted to have me walk out of the store awaiting answers. This place is unbelievable, their stuff are amazing which never seen before. I went their in my first time and I found this place and I’m willing to go again and again. The owner is amazing lady , omg she was super nice and she would advice you if you are taking something doesn’t look good on you. Their prices are the cheapest I have seen comparing to other prices plus the material are originated from very expensive animal skin like crocodile and snakes. I guarantee you would never regret buying from this store. Believe or not whatever I found that’s I been looking for 10 years and It was hard to be found now I found it in this store. Horrible experience with the owner Guillermina. I have boots that I have on layaway. The date has not passed yet & was told by the owner (with my mom as a witnews there) that I would get my money back if I decided to cancel. I called her (since she wasn't in yet) to ask about getting a refund, Guillermina kept insisting that it was never true. Then hung up on me.
