I totally understand that we are in a pandemic. That being said, the customer service at this establishment was significantly worse than the taste of the food--which was not good. We came in with a party of 6 adults and 3 kids. I get it, that may be a big party, but also a large bill. Let's start with the drinks. Everyone ordered their drinks and my dad and I ordered beers. My dad's drink came right away, however, our waitress failed to tell us that they didn't have Pacifico. So, I was left waiting for about ten minutes for another waitress to come by and ask where the beer was. She then let us know that they didn't have Pacifico, which is understandable during this pandemic, yet, our original waitress failed to communicate that information. That issue was not a big deal. As we got to our order, the waitress let us know that the dishes come with sour cream and guacamole. My sister ordered a flautas plate and asked for the sour cream on the side. Three of us decided to order the molcajete that comes with carne asada, chicken, and shrimp. I asked the waitress what the meal comes with and she let us know that it comes with rice, beans, sour cream, and guacamole. I then let her know that we do not want sour cream. Not to put it on the side, but that we didn't want it. The plates come out and to my surprise, all of our molcajete plates have sour cream on them. I immediately say that we didn't want sour cream. The waitress then states, "no you didn't." Furthermore, she asked if any of us were allergic to sour cream, as if it mattered. She did ask if we wanted to change the plates, but with an attitude as if I didn't have an entire conversation with her about not wanting sour cream on the plates. Nonetheless, the young lady was rude and we didn't see her come by again for the rest of the evening. The other waitress attended us, but for the entire meal we had to ask for utensils, plates, and we didn't receive any refills on our drinks. We wanted to give this place a chance. Our bill was over $160 and it definitely was not worth it. I do not recommend this establishment; we will...
Read moreI have no real comments on the service here since it was decently fast everytime i was there but there wasn’t much interaction past a quick order and receiving the food, so it’s hard to make a serious comment on it.
The food was not up to par to me, very greasy/oily, bland or off tasting flavor i would associate with old leftovers or microwaved food, not worth the price you pay in my opinion. Shrimp were a bit rubbery two of the times i went as well which is a bummer since shrimp is usually my safe pick when trying places like this.
Atmosphere wise, it feels very stuffy and claustrophobic. I know the interior doesn’t have a ton of space overall but it really doesn’t help that it’s so crammed together and doesn’t have much room to breathe at your table.
They seem to have regulars who i’m sure love the food but i personally feel there are many higher quality mexican spots locally that cost the same but have better food and atmosphere, I recommend you try them for yourself at least once however to make your own...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible service and food. I ordered the burrito with red sauce and carnitas, they gave me green sauce. I went inside to ask for a side of red sauce so I didn't have to wait for them to remake it (considering they said 15 minutes over the phone and it took 35) and the lady was trying to argue with me saying that I ordered green sauce which I never do. Not a fan of it. So I then explain that I did not, I asked for red like the picture shown online and she then changes her argument to state that it's because carnitas comes with green sauce. So I get home and begin eating, the carnitas are way over cooked and burnt to the point that I don't even want to eat it, the rice and beans are terrible and as stated above, the lady who took my order has no accountability for her mistakes and is rude and argumentative. I will not be returning to this restaurant,...
