The Christmas Palace — Attraction in Hialeah Gardens

I made 2 mail order purchases from this establishment this Christmas season and both were handled perfectly. The 2nd shipment 1 of my items was damaged. They didn't have a replacement so I was given the option of keeping it with a small additional discount or they would provide a label to ship it back. The lady who responds to their email is ON it. She is always responds promptly and is very friendly. I opted to send the item back, I just put the label on it, dropped it at the UPS store, a week later they issued the refund. This is exactly how a transaction should go! I would also like to say that the selection at this store is awesome. They had so many nice items. Wish some of the ornaments were sold either individually or as a mix, not 6 of the exact same item (like 6 of the exact same piece of cake, you have 3 or 4 different colorations, it would be nice to get a mix of them not all 6 the same). I will 100% be purchasing from them...

Its unfortunate that the christmas palace employees discriminate against the color of your skin. My brother in law (he is black) and my mother who is white of cuban descent felt uncomfortable at the store today because every 5 minutes he was asked if he needed help. They also felt uncomfortable because he was holding my daughter who is blonde with light eyes and was even asked if that was his daughter to which he said yes so they would leave him alone because he could feel everyone staring at him. We are in 2018 people. Times have changed and you should bring your employees up to date with the times. Not every person of color that walks into your establishment is going to steal. My mother has spent so much money at this store and even had a credit but she felt so bad for my brother in law that she left without using it. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Shopped for personal projects as well as commercial projects I have designed. This place not only has top quality products, the customer service is superb! Although I go in once or twice a year, multiple associates recognize me and welcome me back each time. Even the owner stops to say hello! This year I am organizing the holiday decorations for a luxury building in Brickell and everyone has been more than helpful throughout the process. Dayanara, Kenya, Miguel, and Rosalie were all extremely helpful, efficient, and more than willing to assist and give advice. I can't wait to see how everything will look, but I am sure my Board of Directors and Management will be in awe when they see what we all created!
