Been here several times now. I like this place. The field itself is great. Close quarter combat all around; but, really hard to get into buildings and clear them. You have so many angles to worry about.
Airsoft community is great, I have all of my own equipment. Yes they have rentals. Rental equipment can perform. I have people asking me to help them out and I love to help out. Yes, it is a part of airsoft and you just have to accept it. You will get someone who doesn't call their hits or gets mad. Let it go, not miami airsoft fault for people. Do not let someone else's attitude ruin your day.
Major improvements on safety, before you used to be able to get in the field and play, without chronoing the gun (chronoing means checking the fps (feet per second)). Keep that up! However my gun shoots at 380 fps. Which is kinda hot for indoor field. So I treat it like a DMR and when I get close I switch to my revolver. Miami airsoft needs a limit on the fps to let people know how they should use their weapons if at all. Keep an eye on people with these special color tags and see if they break the rules they have been provided, is a solution. Writing the fps on a semi-transparent tag and forgeting how how they shoot is not the way to do it. SMGS at around 320 fps should be able to do full auto.
First time I have seen this at this field. Last week there was a staff member on the chair at the middle of the field. Let alone just being on the field.
Their needs to be clear instructions on the rules of the game and what to do when an emergency happens. For an actual example that happened in this field. Was when a kid who took his protective glasses off the field. So I hugged him, told him to put his protective glasses back on and to never take them off. The rules before the game starts should be like this:
Rule 1 ~ Going over the five rules of gun safety
Rule 2 ~ What to do when someone takes their eyepro off. Scream blind man everyone kneels and stop shooting but the gun on safe.
Rule 3 ~ Going over the honor system and how you should call your hits amd what to do when someone hits you and you hit them it is called a trade and an established rule of what to say when you are so close to someone but dont want to shoot them and hurt them, like bang bang rule and what to do when walking back which is to put your hands up and say dead man walking and do not give away enemys location, you are dead. Also be curtious get out of the way when walking back.
Rule 4 ~ No blindfiring. Try your best not to overshoot someone or people who are already dead. Gernades going in either windows or doors never over the building.
Rule 5 ~ All decisions made by staff are final. Go to staff when you have an issue with a player.
Personally I believe kids should just not play airsoft. You got kids aiming at each other in the face in the waiting area with pistols all the time, there isnt pistol covers, as there are for rifles. Kids will cry over getting shot.
playing music is good; but, please for the love of god turn it down. I swear the gernades are less taxing on the ears then the music. Also choice of music if you are going to have kids at least be curtious as to what kind of music you play. Also you anime lovers please put away your gun hentai filled stickers, kids are around. Parents if you are going to let your child play be watchful of your child.
Staff are just okay. When asking for parts they dont know what I am talking about. They themselves dont know how to operate any other weapon other then the m4 platform. Staff, wearing glasses is not eyeprotection when on the field. They dont enforce any rules. Overall just undertrained. I get it this isnt a career job. Getting higschool students who come and go, to run the place I get it. But please try hiring people who are ethusastic about airsoft have it as a hobby themselves and will be around for a while. Mostly managments fault.
I absolutely love that tool bench, came in...

It’s crazy how in a month this went from a great field to terrible, after coming here for a few months. I should say weekdays are great as Thursday and Wednesday have been good, but weekends forget about it, save your money and time.
Unbelievable how it turned over so hard, was a great place to play when they had refs on the field.
Some staff are great and I mean stellar, while others are absolutely terrible at just being courteous, if you don’t like the environment why continue to work there and treat customers like garbage, especially ones that you see more often than every month?
Refs are on the field randomly, and when certain groups come in it’s a free for all, 0 FairPlay or honor in the game here when there’s no refs.
It’s airsoft, you gotta just be honest and when there’s 0 repercussion to playing unfair, it should be expected people take advantage of the situation when there’s no retaliation in unsportsmanlike behavior.
When you see a plethora of customers complain about it being chaos and no action being taken it’s embarrassing for me to keep spending money here. Hopefully this review can help you avoid the same mistakes I made.
I’ve Spent hundreds of dollars here when it was new for me over the course of 90 days and not everyone is deserving of such a harsh review, some staff are super helpful and you can tell they enjoy being friendly.
Red Bull especially, extremely friendly and helpful.
Now its going to zero dollars in the foreseeable future , hopefully the new location will be staffed appropriately and not have the same issues as here. If you have people who will not address fundamental issues it’s going to hurt everyone involved.
Should never see fights in a place without alcohol, it’s absolutely crazy that there is, and the same problem people continue to be allowed. Grown men trying to fight kids, it’s crazy.
Hopefully it changes in the future but in its current form I cannot recommend this arena when playing with the public to anyone what so ever on the weekends if there are no refs...
Read moreThe place is very good to play and have fun. But the rules of the game only exist for the most influential person. I have been visiting the place for days and today they tell you that automatic is allowed and other days that it is not allowed. It depends on the staff that is on duty and the staff that attends the place are not educated. and they don't enforce the rules and the only option they give you is that they will call the police if you don't leave because you pay and for complaining about something that is wrong they want to throw you out of the place. Today a Mr. was carrying his go pro camera and he set it alone the moment I had to put my gun on automatic because it wouldn't let us leave the res point and in order to get out I put my gun on automatic and I got out and my other partner also hit him and I think one of the rules that I heard is that you have to let yourself out of your rest point area in order to play. The man went out to make his complaint to the security and the rude employee told me that I had to go home that he did not want to listen to me that he did not care about my opinion and that if I did not he would call the police to remove me from the place. And the most that stands out is that Mr. had already had problems with other teammates because he did not play legally, he did not return completely to the rest point when he was eliminated and when they hit him he did not sing of his death, which is why many complained to him and it seemed very rude to me if he A couple of the employees who are there are not useful to run that place, they are very rude and disrespectful and I think that one plays for fun. And beyond that we pay for a service, we are not free today my colleagues and I lost our money because we all decided to leave because the treatment and the way they want to run that place was unfair and it is unfortunate that there is only one...
