FORMAL COMPLAINT ON BEHALF OF MY WIFE – FLORIDA NATIONAL UNIVERSITY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

As the husband of a student currently enrolled at Florida National University, I feel obligated to speak up on her behalf and on behalf of the many other students who are being mistreated and taken advantage of by this so called institution.

My wife filed an official complaint through the appropriate channels. It has now been over a month, and she has received no response, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. This isn’t just unprofessional it’s a blatant act of disrespect and neglect.

To make things worse, the school has been charging her fraudulent fees, slipping in hidden charges that no one in the office can clearly explain. And when she has asked for clarification, she has been treated with arrogance and complete disregard by staff members who clearly lack the education, ethics, and professionalism needed to work in higher education.

Let me be clear: what Florida National University is doing is not only wrong it’s dangerous. They are manipulating students, censoring negative reviews, and deleting public feedback to protect their image while continuing to fail the very people they are supposed to serve. This is not an isolated case. We know at least five other students who have gone through the same experience.

This university thinks it can silence people. But they’ve underestimated who they’re dealing with. We are not staying quiet. We are prepared to escalate this issue to social media, to legal advisors, and to the Department of Education.

To anyone thinking about enrolling here: don’t do it. Florida National University is an unprofessional, unethical institution that should be held accountable for how it treats its students. They don’t deserve your trust, your money, or your time. Also keep in mind they seem to love removing all the bad reviews to make themselves look good avoid this school...

FORMAL PUBLIC REVIEW AGAINST FLORIDA NATIONAL UNIVERSITY , A SHAMEFUL INSTITUTION

I want to make my experience at Florida National University very clear and very public. This institution does not deserve the trust of any student who values their education, their money, or their future.

I submitted an official complaint through the proper channels. The university completely ignored me for over a month. No follow-up, no response, no explanation. The level of disrespect is beyond unacceptable.

But it didn’t stop there.

Florida National University engages in fraudulent billing practices. They charge students hidden fees that no one can explain, and when you ask about your balance, the so-called “professionals” working in the offices treat you with arrogance and ignorance. It is disgraceful how unprepared, unethical, and uneducated some of the staff are especially when they’re dealing with students’ futures and finances.

Even worse, the school deletes negative reviews. If you speak out, they censor you. They care more about appearances than accountability. But they picked the wrong person to silence.

I’m not alone in this. I personally know 20 other students who are going through the exact same issues: incorrect billing, unresponsive staff, unethical behavior, and an overall environment of disorganization and disrespect. We are not going to stay quiet. We are ready to escalate this to social media, to the Department of Education and even to legal action if necessary.

This is not just bad service. This is a systemic abuse of trust, a breach of professionalism, and possibly a violation of student rights.

To anyone considering this university: do not invest your time, money, or hopes in a place that silences students, overcharges without explanation, and hides behind a fake reputation. Florida National University should be ashamed. And since they’re not I’ll make sure the truth is known, no matter...

Ok where to start I could write a book about how terrible the school is but ill just leave some main points for you.

I took the online classes for photography certification this was my expierence and used MYCAA (military spouse financial aid type)

The curriculum was a JOKE a whole sections was just about what camera to buy it just listed features and prices...I can do that myself with more updated details than 2008 cameras. I learned more for FREE on YouTube and with 12 dollar classes off udemy than this garbage of a school

They have no compassion or care of you get SICK OR NEARLY DIE. I had emergency surgery at the beginning of the year long program and it only got worse had multiple hospital stays and surgeries and all they said was well we will worry about that later don't worry I trusted that didn't know it meant Oh we will just try to charge you even though you told us upfront. You would think they would have some kind of assistants or understanding I mean I was willing to provide hospital records to show my stays and extent of my issues. They didn't care

THIS IS A BUSINESS NOT A SCHOOL remember that...if you're looking for a quick fix certification or degree that will teach you crap then go here it's for show and it's sad they JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

My advice to military spouses who want to use your mycca use it towards community collage or tech schools that are brick and mortar schools take it seriously it's money that can help you with your future don't waste it on this junk. RUN AWAY FAR FAR AWAY. If the majority of the people say it sucks then hey its probably gonna suck don't...
