I called the Oro Factory seeking help repairing an old beloved silver teapot and Mayker exceeded our expectations at every level. He was very responsive to my inquiry and provided excellent service for my wife and I at the shop. Mayker repaired the teapot on the spot and even guaranteed the repair should it not hold. We'd also like to thank him for being so accommodating to us as well. We live over 3 hours away and we could only drop by their shop while passing through on one day during the week. It was huge relief to finally find someone skilled enough to do the repair, and even more so do it promptly and flawlessly. From the moment you walk in it’s an amazing experience. My husband and I were googling for a good place to resize our rings. But once we got there we decided to get a whole new custom ring setting for my ring (I no longer used white gold). The prices were amazing and don’t get me started on the craftsmanship. He is a beast. I am so happy with my new setting I can’t stop looking at it! Please don’t look anywhere else. They were sweet, straightforward and fast. We are only going to them from now on.

The best experience ever my husband went to four different jewelry stores to fix my wedding band the way I wanted it and all four said no he went to auto factory as a last resort and they were able to do exactly what I wanted we should’ve went there first these people are so awesome the place is so inviting everyone that there was a delight and I ended up buying more than what I originally intended to go for I ended up walking out with a bracelet a few additions to other parts of my jewelry on top of fixing my ring and resizing it they treated me with such respect and as if I was part of their family as well this was the best experience I’ve ever had I would definitely recommend this business to everyone I know regardless if they’re in the Hialeah area...
