Sky Food Trucks- Custom Food Trucks / Trailers — Attraction in Hialeah

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The team that built my food trailer absolutely nailed it. From start to finish, they listened to every single detail and custom request, and built the trailer I’ve been dreaming about for years.

I was nervous at first—putting out that kind of money is a big deal, and trusting someone with a project this important isn’t easy. But they came through and exceeded every expectation. The quality, the communication, the attention to detail—everything was top-tier.

At one point, a piece of equipment had an issue. It wasn’t their fault—we’re dealing with machines, and sometimes things happen. What mattered most was how they handled it. Even though they’re based in Miami and I’m in New York, they took full responsibility, honored the warranty, and sent me a brand new one without hesitation. That kind of service is rare and says everything about their integrity.

Sky Food Trucks did an amazing job helping create the Coolman Coffee Truck for Art Basel 2024. We brought them a new and challenging project, creating a coffee truck with internal lounge, stairs, rooftop deck and basketball hoop (in 2 weeks!) and they knocked it out the park. The stairs and deck are beautifully built and the entire team is stoked to have such a great vehicle for future events and activations.
