Ps. After reading some of the reviews, I'm very positive that there's other companies staging false negative reviews here. Based on my experience, some of these are views are absolutely a lie....

Not only did this place treat me very well as a customer but they also treat their employees very well. This is a great place to shop and I love coming here every time. I do. Used to shop at the cedar Mill location but now that this opened I really love it. The prices are a little high on some items but then they're very competitive on others which is understandable. They have extremely good fresh food that they make daily and they also bring in other food from vendors that are fresh made daily. All their products are pretty awesome and you can find some pretty cool stuff that you won't find anywhere else.. if you want to come to a place where you're going to make friends with the employees, I have really good ideas you didn't know they had for dinner and fine things you never knew existed. This is absolutely the place to go and I don't normally write long reviews like this, but I'm very impressed with this company. When they first started years ago I was skeptical because I thought they were just like whole foods or new seasons. But they quickly developed and evolved and understood that in order to capture the market, they had to do something different. So they really focused on the customer experience. They focused on what the customer wanted and it wasn't just good prices. It was good food, great ideas and employees who engage with them on a daily basis and made friends with them and knew their name when they walked in like they do mine. This is an awesome place and I would recommend it to anybody. Thank you to all the employees and the management. You guys do a great job and I'm very blessed to have you and...

I’ve been here a dozen times since they opened because I live in the neighborhood. Shelves are not properly labeled so it’s hard to shop here , it’s unorganized unlike every other store in town. I’ve had to return expired food twice and sadly the employees are very rude, unfriendly and arrogant. They are often just standing around talking to each other at the cash registers. When I try to talk to them they are not friendly , they act like I’m bothering them. I only want to be checked out to go home .. They are like this every time I go there and to top it all off they force you to use the store bags but I bring my own bags and the two employees together ganged up on me several times saying my bags aren’t good enough??!! Why are they doing this my bags are perfectly fine and I use them at other stores with no problem.. I don’t want to pay for bags plus I don’t like the extra tall bags they have. I have no problem using reusable bags at any other stores. Also You can’t check yourself out , they have a hidden quick checkout or something….but an employee did it for me once and it’s very confusing .. is it a self checkout or not?! I’m deciding to drive to New Seasons grocery who’s their competitor from now on. No one can beat New Seasons , they have all the unique stuff I normally buy because I’m Celiac , friendly employees and an exceptional self checkout system. Even Fred Meyer across the street is way better than this store with exceptional employees. I DO NOT recommend this store and bunch of people In the neighborhood are purposely avoiding them too they told me. Go to New Seasons at Tannasbourne or Orenco station you’ll be so...

Unfortunately after two bad experiences with food quality and rude staff/management, I will not be shopping here anymore. First time, I got food from the counter, multiple items. Prices were different when I paid versus the price listed. Asked the checkout kid to double check, they did not, asked for manager, they were rude as well and was not looking to spend a few minutes to gather the prices. I decided to just get one item. The food did not look pleasing, just bland. Come to find out the chicken I bought, which was cooked, half of it was raw.

Second time, I purchased ground meat, prepackaged, I took it home and opened it to cook, found the inside of the meat was old, rotten in color and had a odor. Brought back to store immediately. Asked to see a manager at the customer service area, the staff were not in a hurry to help. When a manager finally showed up, his first line to me was I did not buy that here. The time on receipt was 45 minutes ago, the meat was still cold, smelled, and yet I was the one in wrong here. I can go on but I finally got my refund and left. After this, I will not go back. Would be nice if the employees and managers would care and fix these issues. To be selling overpriced food that is horrible is just poor all...

I visited the Market of Choice for the first time, and it was a much more elevated experience compared to Fred Meyer across the street and Safeway. My family and I picked up a few items as we walked through the store. I was very impressed with the grab-and-go area, which had so many varieties of food to choose from. My daughter especially loved their California roll! However, there was one downside to my experience: the spoiled carrots in the grocery aisle. I was hoping to quickly prepare a mirepoix for my soup, but the carrots turned out to be slimy even though the best-before date is 5/28/25. This wasn't very reassuring, especially since the store opened a few days ago. Now, I'm debating whether it's worth returning there for produce or anything else.

This supermarket is simply amazing! It’s easy to park, always clean, and you can find such a great variety of everything, from fresh produce and high-quality meats to delicious sushi, coffee, and bakery items. I also want to highlight Samuel, who truly stands out. Sometimes I see him checking merchandise in the aisles, other times at the register, and he’s always smiling and genuinely enjoying what he does. You can tell he cares about his work and about the customers, that kind of positive energy makes the shopping experience even better. I love finding places where people work with so much love and care, and Samuel definitely brings that spirit to this store. Highly recommended!
