First off, the employees were great seeing as this may be their only 2nd day? (Not completely sure if they just opened yesterday or not). The challenge is the ordering setup. You order at the counter, fair enough, but you don't pay right then. You move down the counter where you pay and pick up your order. This creates a bottleneck. People are there waiting to order and pick up. This might not be too bad on a slower day. I did let corporate know. So, on to the "better": there were a few tables & chairs inside and there was a bathroom. You can order the "usual" products as a regular Cinnabon along with the ice cream goodies. My husband and I both had the "Bonini" (just be aware they are 1,000 calories!). The way they are made is interesting (see one of my photos), it's like a Panini sandwich. A cinnamon roll is cut in half, one half is set down on the "Bonini" press, a puck of ice cream is then set down on the cinnamon roll half, then the other half is set on top (making a sandwich), then, all the pieces are pressed down. Smells fantastic. My husband did not care for it, he is more of a pecan and caramel guy. I thought it tasted alright, there was an after taste and I definitely wanted water after eating it. Unfortunately we probably won't be back and will make the trek to the Cinnabon at Washington Square when we are craving Cinnabon.

If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat, check this place out, but be prepared for a wait! They need to re-evaluate their ordering process as it’s wildly inefficient. Unnecessarily long wait times to place an order, then get product, then pay. More training needed for consistent service access all staff: My cashier didn’t ask me to sign up for their rewards program, but the other cashier mentioned to their customer they could earn a free sundae just for signing up. Food is good. The ‘Bonini’ (it’s a play on “panini”, get it? 😄) is good, not overly sweet. My preference would be to add more ice cream for a better ratio, and heat just a bit more for the Cinnabon to be warmer instead of just lukewarm. Ice cream sandwich was good as well. Overall worth a second visit in the future when the craving hits!

Had the Bonini! It was good with the ice cream and warm cinnamon rolls. Make sure you start eating quickly. Might need to make sure your hands are clean because it can be a little messy. Clean little shop with friendly employees. Fast service. A little confusing on order and pickup.

The staff have no idea what they’re doing, no one looks at you when you’re waiting at the counter to order. We went down to the register since there’s no direction and she told us we can’t order there, but took someone else’s order there who was also confused putting us back behind 3 people when we had already been there for 20 minutes. The staff are behind the counter giggling and talking to each other while other staff members are screaming orders at them, which then falls on deaf ears. We had to remind the cashier 3 times we were missing an item and she said she’ll take care of it but never did, so we’re standing there on the side for another 10 min. It’s a mess, hopefully they get things in order but we definitely won’t be back, it’s not worth the hassle. If you’re going to have a business run by teenagers at least get a directing adult on the...
