However, in the chaos of the holidays, I somehow lost the certificate before I could gift it to her on Christmas morning. I was devastated and unsure what to do.

The day after Christmas, I decided to go back to Nail Show and explained my situation to the owner, Lynn. I didn’t expect much, but Lynn’s response completely blew me away. She graciously replaced the gift certificate without hesitation, even though she was under no obligation to do so. I went to this salon for 3 years and the manager and his wife are good people and the other people who worked there except this one gentleman, I went in sat down he didn't say hi or ask me how my day was. Then he was cleaning my fingers and he put this thing that kind of hurt and I pulled my hand back because it hurt and I wasn't expecting it. When I did he said to me, if you are so sensitive don't come here, I was really surprised by what he said because I didn't expect it to happen, then later I kept accidentally putting my fingers together and he kept flicking them apart! And when I did he nodded his head in a way of disappointment as if he expected me to know what to do. When I was done he didn't say have a good day or anything. Absolutely amazing experience!! I brought in a few design ideas for engagement photos and they were very honest with what they could and couldn’t do. The man (Neoshun) who did my nails admitted he wasn’t sure if he could do the design as requested but he would try; and he did a fantastic job!!
