I really wanted to love this place like most of the reviews say but I just can't and probably won't return. I have had 3 different unhappy experiences. First, my first time I went in I got a deluxe pedicure and a full set. I loved my full set it was great my feet also looked great and I was happy. A few hours later my big toe hurt really bad and throbbed all night. I ended up calling and saying I thought my toe was infected and was told to come in. I came in right away but was almost turned away because they were busy. The guy stopped what he was doing anyways and looked at my toe and said give it a few days. My toe stopped hurting but it was definitely infected because there was pus. I didn't get another pedi after that. Second time I got a fill and it was just so sloppy. Third time I'm just done and so disappointed. I chose to start going to the nail shop for self care and personal time but have yet to be satisfied. Once again the nails are sloppy and I have 1 super thick nail that doesn't match the others. One even broke the same day. To top it off 5 of my cuticles are bloody and painful. I only felt when 2 happened. When I looked down and saw blood I said something but the nail tech said nothing. She had me go wash my hands as if that would be better and cleaned them with alcohol. No apology. I am thankful I got a bit of a discount and an apology at the register but super disappointed with how my nails look and my cuticles really hurt and I know will take a while to heal. Read moreWill not be returning. Very unprofessional shop. Went to get a manicure with dipped nails and pedicure. Got there at 4pm they close at 7pm. After waiting over 60 mins the man got me ready to take my dipped polish off and then sent me back to get my pedicure. Pedicure was mediocre didnt cut any cuticles or do a good massage. As the lady was finishing my toes I noticed all the techs were leaving and I wondered who was doing my nails bcuz I was under the impression only a few techs knew how to do the dipped nail technique. The older lady that is near the register I believe is the owner ended up doing my nails and she did them completely backwards. She realized she didnt put on the white bonding powder that is ususally done first so she did it last and it made it look and absolute mess. I'm allergic to gel and acrylic so I only do a regular top coat and she argued with me trying to make me do the gel top coat. I left very unhappy not wanting to have to go a month with nails I dont want anyone to see. I dont live nearby so it took me a couple days to come back hoping that I could get my nails fixed. Being they work off commission my nails werent happily fixed. They were fixed but fixed half ass. Bad business. They knew that lady didnt know how to do dipped nails yet they stuck her to do my nails anyway....
Read moreOur appointment was booked at 4:30 pm and we were stuck waiting till 6:30 until we were finally able to have our turn. There were only two people in the salon who knew how to do acrylics and the lady who had done mine wasn’t even an employee at the salon, in which she had revealed to me herself. It had me thinking if she was a licensed nail technician or not. They weren’t sanitary with each client as well, a few of the staff would go into the back have a few snacks and would return to work while another was cashing out clients and working on others without washing hands. There was another group at 4:30 who were smart enough to walk out due to the long wait. They are really unorganized when it comes to bookings and taking care of appointments first instead of walk-ins. We didn’t finish our appointment until 8:30 pm when all the technicians were tired of working and finished the nails half heartedly. My friends nails weren’t shaved down and filed properly and they had cut my cuticles due to the conversations they were having.
