Alhamdulillah, very convenient location. All the reviews have been positive and mentions the pros of visiting Peace market. Upon request staff member Zakaria will peel fruits like pomegranate for me. Mahmoud is very lively and friendly. All staff and customer service is excellent. Easy to find baking powder etc in times of pandemic. Very tasty olives without too much salty taste. Exotic fruits like sweet lime can be found. Soft drinks and other beverages from middle East can be found here. Definitely more variety of cream cheese compared to holy Land. Love this store. Hawabibi Malik Peace market is NOT owned by holylandbrand. They are independently owned by group of owners from Morocco, Egypt and Jordan. Br. Ashraf (owner of peace market) was a former employee of holylandbrand. Very hard-working individual. People from different countries and cultures are welcome at Peace market. Owners don't have any sort of racist bone in their body.
Looks like Zakaria needs mental health counseling. We have a saying back home that when a person has jaundice they see everything in yellow. I have put up with his tantrums numerous times because we are all human and we can have bad days. Its not easy to be in grocery business but I think he is chasing customers away with his attitude. Rest of the owners and merchandise are worth making a visit to the store. It's not in my nature to leave negative reviews. Say good otherwise remain silent but I seriously think things are getting out of...
Read morePeaceMarket is a treasure trove of international culinary delights! I was on the hunt for authentic Moroccan ingredients and struck gold here. The array of products from various countries is impressive. The olives, especially those seasoned with Moroccan spices, were simply amazing. The olive oil, directly sourced from Morocco, was of exceptional quality.
Their homemade bread, although I didn’t get a chance to taste it, filled the air with an enticing aroma. The customer service was top-notch—they were knowledgeable and helpful when I was searching for the elusive smen (fermented butter) for my dishes.
Beyond Moroccan offerings, the store boasts a diverse range of imports, including produce that looked fresh and appealing. The couscous dish, couscousier, and tagine I purchased were excellent additions to my kitchen.
In summary, my visit to PeaceMarket was a delightful experience. The store not only offers a wide selection of ingredients from around the globe but also provides exceptional service. If you’re seeking authentic international flavors and a diverse range of imports, this is definitely the...
