Bayonet Farm — Attraction in Holmdel Township

The dog park is great. They did such an excellent job with the landscaping. There are two separate areas, one for the larger dogs and one for the small dogs and both have plenty of seats and lots of trees that will provide lots of shade when they grow in a few years. It's not the biggest of dog parks but it's big enough for dogs to run around and there's a well so water isn't an issue. Attended the Fall Festival - it was a nice time for family. The food and music was good, the inflatables were a huge hit with the kids. However, the "hayride" was an enormous waste of time and headache, trying to keep children entertained during a 45 minute wait for a tractor ride that went around a tiny loop. Also would have liked to have pumpkins available, since it was listed as a Fall event. Overall, it was a nice afternoon. May give it another...
