I ordered today around 3:45pm through their QR code for pick up. 10 minutes after the order (3:55) I thought I should let them know Iâm there waiting to pick up. The lady with the light curls told me, âUh yeah so you like just put the order in like a minute ago so yeah itâs not ready yet.â She couldnât have just told me it was going to be a few more minutesâŚand I didnât JUST order. I actually stood around for 10 minutes before checking in with them.
I was by the counter waiting for the next few minutes when I realized they placed the order on the shelf. But nobody cared to say, hey! Your order is ready⌠or even come to me when I walked up to check. They werenât busy at all, I was the ONLY one waiting. It took me 2 whole minutes to flag someone down as everyone was hiding in the back hanging out avoiding eye contact.
This is the type of service I got. Rude, unattentive, and lazy.
The pizza was great. It wasnât cut all the way through, to clarify I donât mean the topping melted/merged together making it hard to separate the slicesâŚ.I actually had to rip the bottom of the pizza to get the slices apart which was no big deal tbh.

All the pies are amazing yes Iâve eaten them all. The meatballs are so so good just very very delicious food to consume with friends and family. The beers are local and are on tap as well fantastic as well. In general I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a pleasure speaking to the staff literally I talk to them all.    Read moreThis is a pretty good Neapolitan style pizza! I wish they had a few more choices maybe with mozzarella di bufala (or some other classic toppings for this style such as prosciutto) and, more importantly, I wish they had delivery service available.
One thing to note is that they close the wood burning ovens after lunch and start using the electric ones during the afternoon/evening. At least, that is the case during the week.
