Lower Tantalus viewpoint — Attraction in Honolulu

This place came up in Google search when searching for sunset views. I would not recommend coming here at sunset because it's very windy and there is no clear view of the actual sunset from here. You do get a very nice view of Diamondhead and Waikiki below, but based on the angle of the view, you can't see the actual sunset which would be behind the downtown skyline. Also, the drive up to this viewpoint is narrow and windy. Better to come earlier in the day where you can see Diamondhead...

This was where my man took me on my last day visiting. I was pretty bummed that i was leaving soon. So it was nice to have a drive up here.
