Adam was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I showed up at Office Depot about 30 minutes before closing, expecting the typical end-of-day "let's get this over with" vibe. Instead, I was blown away by Adam's friendly, accommodating attitude. He didn’t just help me print my business cards; he transformed them. When the initial print quality wasn't up to his standards, he went the extra mile to reformat my design, turning a so-so project into something truly impressive. And he did all this with an attention to detail you just don’t find often—especially so close to closing time.
What made it even more remarkable was that while he worked on my cards, I watched him juggle multiple tasks with ease. He guided another customer step-by-step through a complicated self-service process involving printing, scanning, emailing, and faxing—sharing his extensive equipment knowledge as if it was second nature. He even managed to help the cashier handle a tricky refund, all without missing a beat on my project.
Adam’s professionalism and multitasking skills were nothing short of inspiring. Office Depot, you have an absolute gem on your hands! Mahalo nui loa, Adam—you’ve raised the bar for...
Read moreI had my photos sent to the email for a funeral pamphlet to be printed. Megan helped me lay it out and stated I could get “60 copies” for under $50.00. After I had to make a couple adjustments and resent it, she stated that the ONE PAPER would be $21.00 PER COPY. After a moment later she said she charges “$20 for her services”. After trying to understand why it would be $20 for her putting it in order to print, she said I can get 21 copies for $50. I have an order to be picked up tomorrow but I’m kind of upset on how it went.
Editing a day later: They offered to give me an extra 35 pamphlets for what happened earlier and cover 60 copies with my $50. Entirely grateful. Only they printed the wrong one. My funeral starts in 30 minutes and I tried to figure it out until last minute. Instead, I asked asked for a refund. I’m honestly shocked on this went wrong even after a email verification. They sent me the right version to verify but printed the wrong one ? Megan again… First time being a Karen...

I went to Office Depot to buy a printer. A guy helped me I'm sorry I didn't get his name. I told him I just wanted a plain simple printer. I laughed and told him we all old at my house we need simple things. He explained about the different printers they had talking about the different features. He was so friendly, patient and great sense of humor. After deciding which printer I wanted I purchased one. He helped me carry it to the register I thanked him for all his help and patience. He also offered to carry the printer to my car but I told him thank you I can carry it. After I got home my brother was trying to put in the ink cartridges in but couldn't figure out how to open the cover. I told him call Office Depot and ask. He called and the same guy answered he was so nice and patiently explained to my brother how to open the cover. Once again he was friendly and patient. I am so sorry I didn't get his name. Thank you so much for...
