It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. However, this company gave me the worst experience of not only my Hawaii trip, but any previous trip.
A. The company sent me a message on the morning of my reservation stating they needed to cancel. They asked if tomorrow would work. I booked this reservation two months ago. They gave no explanation but I know it was due to the lack of booking on that day. The company cares more about only going out on packed trips to make more money than the health and safety of there clients. When we got there the ne t day the bike was sold to max capacity.
B. There website d email response from booking both state to meet at an address on queen street. It than states to park on Cooke street where parking is free after 6. Neither are true. I arrived at 630 and the parking meter was blinking red and required money to park there. Once on location yo the meeting address there was know presence of the company. I got a text letting me know to ignore the email that they had changed meeting locations to two blocks down the road. My party grew weary and was stating that this is fishy behavior and immediately started to second guess this company.
C. Thank you for reading this is the most important part. On arrival we noticed that there were only four seats remaining. They where scattered at different parts of the bike splitting my family up. I also asked for one no pedal seat in advance. One party member was in the hospital today due to a medicL condition. We told them that is why we needed the seat. The group on the bike immediately started making fun of the fact she was in the hospital. One of the employees a young blond girl did not stop them from laughing at us. The staff did not ask if we were okay. After mote tainting we decided to leave as we were walking away the crowd said there loss. The blond worker laughed.
Businesses like this with staff like this should never be allowed to be in business. The taunting ruined my trip and immediately turned us Into a depresed state. Please help me put this company out of business or make radical changes on there staff and ethics. Other companies can do this same...
Read moreAbsolutely unforgettable experience with Paradise Pedals Hawaii! We randomly met their driver one night after a round (or three) at Aloha Brews, and his energy immediately sold us on signing up for a tour. He mentioned the family-friendly version of the ride, and we figured it would be the perfect way to do a fun, laid-back farewell as I wrapped up my 5 years in Hawaii and got ready to move to Germany; he was absolutely awesome! Full of energy, great humor, and kept the whole group laughing, vibing, and engaged the entire time. He even introduced us to a few bars I had never discovered in all my time on islandâwhich I didnât think was possible! This tour is a must-do whether youâre just visiting or youâve lived on Oahu forever. Great people, great drinks, and a ridiculously fun way to celebrate anything (or just celebrate life). Mahalo, Paradise Pedals, for helping me send off my island...
Read moreDanny was very nice and fun to talk to 10/10 just for him, but this tour is severely lacking. We started at one brewery (aloha beer) got on the bike to go to another one 4 minutes away. Just to go back to the place we started(aloha beer) With the last stop being a âbarâ. I would not classify it as a bar. It was definitely a restaurant. Then back to aloha beer. So the steps did not make any sense to me. We shouldâve went somewhere else than aloha beer again. 4 minutes bike rides to sit at brewery for 40 minutes. No discounts on anything for being on the tour. Every bar hopping thing Iâd done similar to this we would get some sort of discount. So really we couldâve just walked around this area ourselves and bought full priced beer. Thereâs no drinking on the bike which seems to be the point of it all but laws donât allow this. Did this with a go city pass on a Thursday and it was just...
